My first visit to this beautiful salon and Katie was really welcoming. Friendly and professional with just the right amount of chatty. Really pleased with my nails, I'd give them a perfect 10! Definitely recommend.
Really lovely experience. Welcoming from the moment I stepped through the door. I had a lash lift and eyebrows shaped and booked a follow up appointment immediately ready for Christmas. I would highly recommend Perfect 10 and Phoebe for treatment.

I had an appointment for 2.05 today. At 10.45 I received a call from Perfect 10 saying that a member of staff had gone home with COVID and my appointment was cancelled. I asked whether they could fit me in from 12 onwards. The young lady talked to someone and then came back and said 'I've spoken with Hannah and unfortunately we can't fit you in today'. I then pointed out that it was Hannah who I was supposed to be seeing and asked why I was being cancelled. The young lady was apologetic but said it was what Hannah had said. I later went in to Perfect 10 and saw Hannah who then said the other customer was a bride. At no time did anyone ask me why I wanted my nails done. As a matter of principle I shall never use them again. They need to learn a lot about customer service!
Always a pleasure to visit. Friendly staff who remember news from your previous visit. Relaxing and I know my nails will look amazing afterwards and be much admired. Would thoroughly recommend.
Always used to reccommend Perfect 10 but never again. At 66 years old my nails have never been so bad in all my life. Treatment on 17th December. One snapped off, edges were not finished and the gel used had to be filed off instead of soaked off and a new product un beknown to me was used, TOTALLY AND UTTERLEY ruining my nails. Today 26th February and they are still absolutely awful. Spltting, breaking, peeling. Will take at least another 3 months to rectify. Be VERY careful if using this salon, especially as well as their prices. I got 20% off a normal manicure for my complaint, whoopy do! VERY not impressed at all.

I have never really been one to go and get my nails done etc, but since coming to Perfect 10 that has all changed. I have become a regular and love the choices of colours and glitters - I have a new combination every time! I have also recently had other treatments done too which have been equally great. The salon has a lovely atmosphere and Hannah always does a great job. All of the staff are professional and friendly and would definitely recommend!
