   We brought in Joe, our then-two year old Shichon, for his first visit to Donna and couldn't have asked for better treatment, both in terms of the groom and cut for Joe, and in terms of contact and info via Dinky Dogs. Joe even came home having learnt a new trick and with a cut everyone in the family was his best yet. Would highly recommend.

   Lovely experience with Dinky Dogs today. We took a little scruffy shihtzu pup Lola round for a trim and we got a very soft lovely shaped pup back. Lola is usually anxious at groomers but she was definitely a happy little pup at pick up.

   I've recently moved to the area and searched for a new groomer for my little Yorkie boy. I think I hit the jackpot finding Donna, she is great with my boy even though he's a fidget, she's kind and takes her time, not quick in and out like some I've had. My boy actually wags his tail and is happy to see Donna (might have something to do with the treats).

   Our first visit to Donna today , a very warm welcome awaited Tilly who was in need of a good groom ! I could see Tilly would be left in good hands , she came out looking happy and beautiful. I could see on arrival Donna has a passion for her work and a lovely rapport with dogs. Can highly recommend.

   Thank you so much Donna at Dinky Dogs Grooming for an amazing experience with Pixie our 4 month old Maltese. It was her 1st time at the groomers & she was made to feel & now look like a little princess. Donna is so caring & by far the best groomer in the area, I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else.    After taking my puppy to a well known chain groomers. He didn't like the experience after taking him twice and was shaking when I picked him up both times. I know not all dogs like being groomed but this did concern me. After extensive reading about dog groomers I read about Dinky dogs who specialises in small dogs. An email to Donna explaining how my puppy is with grooming and how I don't want him to be stressed we set a date.... Well what can I say.... Donna is a lovely lady who made me feel at ease leaving my puppy with her. With her experience and knowledge of my puppy's breed for his grooming needs. Calming him down as at one point he was quite vocal i was told. Donna has done a fantastic job he wasn't shaking when I went to collect him, in fact Donna called him back to say goodbye and he went back (might of been has she had chicken left time will tell) Donna gave me tips on claw cutting has always been a big issue with him. I cannot thank Donna enough and hopefully will form a bond with my puppy so he can enjoy his groom next time.
