Lee never disappoints me with her designs. It one of my highlights coming in with a design for her create. Lovely staff and welcoming as always
I've always gone here for my nails every month for the past 2+yrs however in the past few months the quality has gone down. My nails no longer last and have even broken after only a week not once but twice. The staff also seem to rush and not take a lot of care and attention. I won't be returning and will be looking for a new salon which is disappointing
Best nail shop ever. Today was my 2nd time attending after my last set of nails lasted me 5 weeks with no lifting at all. Lovely environment and always leave happy staff are fast but professional full set of acrylic nails with design appointment at 10am and out for 11am
First time going and gotta say fantastic piece of art on my nails lmao, advice everyone looking for a good salon to go here 10/10
No longer Kai and twee, came back here a couple times due to convenience but quality of work is so poor, the men in there offer you alcohol even if you decline the first time they push it again. The environment is just horrible in comparison to before. Wouldn't come back here again.
Twee is so rude! I have been going to this nail bar for over 6 years - the last owner Mark would bend over backwards for his clients - Twee is incredibly rude and has zero customer service skills. After arriving for my appointment 10 minutes early - an appointment that has been booked for 4 weeks - On arrival I wasnt greeted with 'hello how are you' - but - 'Your gonna have to wait - you're double booked'. I explained I had work - Twee The owner said she would start me as the other client hadn't turned up yet. When the lady turned up I swapped places with her with my nails filed down. I waited 40 minutes whilst this client had her full set applied. Once the lady left and I eventually sat for Twee to complete my nails - I simply asked if in future - as this was the third time for myself and the second time for my daughter that appointments had been messed up - if when making appointments they could be allocated to a certain person. Instead of Twee apologising she was incredibly rude and said well you were early by 15 minutes! I was like ummm yes and that wasn't the issue - the issue is you booked someone else in at 9.45 when my appointment was. The argument continued - I explained I wasnt arguing I was simply asking a question and Twee then said she would not do my nails and I had set her anxiety off!!! She refused to do my nails initially and completed my daughters first - she then did in fact complete my nail appointment - badly - the nails were rushed - super thick and awful shape. Not once did Twee apologies to me and this is the second time she has been rude to me - in fact in a messenger message she actually told me to shut up! I am so so upset to be spoken to in such a disgracefully way and will not be returning to a nail bar I have attended for years. I would not recommend the salon to anyone now and have taken many friends and family members in the past. This lady needs a course in customer care! Absolutely disgraceful and I will not be returning.If you want sub stand nails and awful customer service - please book in!
Love this place ! It’s absolutely beautiful and the colour choices are to die for. Staff are very friendly and are able to recreate any nail design I show them. Can’t wait for my next appointment !!!
