   wouldn’t recommend. over priced for what you get. Booked an appointment and walked into a full salon, although got seated quickly it took 45 mins and 2 members of staff just to apply the plastic tips. Slow and poor quality work. Staff just walk off and leave you sitting whilst they stand around doing nothing, always have 2 or more people working on the same set so no way is the work done consistent. They always cut your skin and don’t offer discounts unless you have a loyalty card with full stamps. Had a set of nails from here that kept lifting and i had to go back 3 times before they were fixed to a high standard and still no comp offered! will not be going back.

   Great nails - they stay on forever! Edit update: I was treated very poorly by the owner. Waited 45 mins on a precooked appointment while he was playing with his kids in the back room. When I finally got to the desk, he ignored me completely and chatted to his colleagues in Vietnamese - very rude to treat a loyal customer like that. It was if he was mad at me for asking for an appointment with him personally?! I always got my nails done on appointment with him as he does a really good job. I haven’t been back since then because there are 3 or 4 other nail salons in Brownhills where I don’t get treated like that. Perhaps he was having a bad day but you still don’t take it out on your clients. If he was too busy to do my nails, just say that and I would have seen someone else or come back another day. Very disappointing.

   Honestly could not be happier with my nails and the service I received from the minute I walked in I felt very welcomed I was offered a hot drink which I gladly accepted in the cold weather. I was always asked if my nails looked ok and if there was anything I wanted to change I will definitely be returning and recommending
