   A couple weeks ago, I came in to get a full set of acrylics with some charms (cost £55) and they did an amazing job. I had trouble with trust after a different salon didn’t give me what I needed but these guys were kind, started light conversation with me and were constantly making sure I got what I wanted through every step of my nails. They didn’t seem annoyed with anything I asked either which helped me feel more comfortable since I struggle with anxiety. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to get a new set!

   Ruined my brand new jacket with polish and attempted to wipe it off with acetone with out asking me which damaged the jacket and faded in colour. Worst experience at this place or any other salon in my life. They could not even get a basic nail design right it took 2 of them to try and figure out what a curved white line should look like across each nail. Absolutely pathetic and inexperienced "nail techs" with fake certificates. Left with nails all different sizes and nothing like what I asked for which was simply a natural pink nail with a white line - picture was provided. Absolutely disgusted with the fact my jacket has been ruined more than the poor nail service.

   (They have replied lying about my can of red bull being empty which it was not. I have no reason to lie and I certainly wouldn’t be asking for it back out of the bin if it was empty.) asked for my nails to be filed sharp as I don’t like my nails looking rounded and blunt. I asked for coffin shape and she did not file them sharply. The width of the coffin is different on all of my nails and they are bumpy from the side. I pointed out to the woman who was doing them that my ring finger needed more acrylic in the middle. She applied a bit more acrylic but in the wrong place so it still had a dip in the middle. I told her again as I knew when filed you would still be able to see it. She didn’t apply any more acrylic and said that she’ll just file it instead. She filed it and there’s still a dip in the middle of my nail. Also when she started to apply the acrylic she put the wrong colour on and had to take it off. I stated very clearly on the phone that I didn’t want to use uv gel I just wanted a normal topcoat. She was aware of this as when I asked at the start of the appointment if I could have coloured acrylic as I don’t want uv colour she said yes I know. She still put a uv topcoat on one hand and asked me to put my nails under the uv light. I had told her multiple times at this point that I didn’t want it and she still insisted it’s better. After changing the topcoat to the one I wanted she moved me to another table where the fan was to dry my nails. I had left a half full red bull on the table I was sitting at and while I was drying my nails she had thrown it away. When I asked where it had gone she got it out of the bin and gave it back to me. They then charged me an extra £5 for coloured acrylic which they didn’t tell me would be extra originally hence why I didn’t want uv gel because of the extra cost and I am on a budget.

   Great service. Staff were all very friendly and Josn did a great job at a beautiful green marble effect. Been here multiple time and never been disappointed. Thank you for such perfect nails! Picture just doesn’t do it justice.

   I feel as though since John has not been there the staff at the salon are not as good. I don't know who they are but the last 2 times I've been have not been the best. My nails are not straight and the nail polish is patchy with bumps. Too much oil was put on at the end so I couldn't notice the patchy nails. I won't be going back as it's a waste of £25/£30

   I attended this nail shop today for the first time. Unfortunately I had a terrible service. The nail technician left a lump on my thumb. The surrounding nails were sharp and not shaped accurately. It almost felt as if she was training. Absolutely terrible, waisted £30 on a Full set which was terrible. Definitely would not recommend.

   I had an absolutely awful experience here today. I'd used them a few years ago and had a good experience so I thought I would be OK going back. I do have quite an extravagant preference when it comes to nails, but if they feel they cannot do what is requested, this should be made clear! I wanted long stiletto nails with a red and black design. They are way too thin for the length, they aren't even even. It took him 20 minutes to paint a simple black shape and a line... badly. After 40 minutes of this I just told him to stop because he obviously couldn't do it. I got charged £33, which I shouldn't have even given them but I was getting so angry I just wanted to get out of there. I asked if another technician could fix them as another customer said another person that worked there was good at that kind of style, but was told I'd have to pay the full price again if I did. I'd add photos to show just how awful they are but it won't let me. He also put primer all over my cuticles which is very dangerous and can cause allergies. I don't think he was even qualified.
