“I visited today for the first time & Izabela was AMAZING. I found her through a google search after an awful experience at another salon & I’m so glad I did! The wax was virtually pain free, her experience shows in her work & she was incredibly reassuring throughout. She made me feel welcome from the start, was professional & thorough, and has given me the best wax I’ve ever had. The salon is very clean and Izabela made a point of showing me that the wax sticks are never double dipped to ensure good hygiene between clients. We consulted at the start of the appointment where she explained the different waxes & why she was using 2 different ones and the benefits of doing this which was above and beyond any salon I’ve been to before. “So I would just like to mention I have had multiple gel/acrylics over the years at various places and they have always come off/ chipped or got damaged within days, I thought this was a problem with my nails or the shape and explained this to Vicki prior to having them done that they get ruined within days, she assured that they wouldn’t with hers and I was sceptical if I’m honest, but I had my nails done using the biab treatment with Vicki 10 days ago now and they look like they’ve freshly been done (despite washing baby bottles regularly every day) I am so so impressed with the time and care Vicki takes when doing her treatments and I will definitely be booking again, what a lovely lady and high quality treatments she offers. My only regret is that I couldn’t book in for more. Hopefully see you soon :)”

“Visited this salon recently to get some info on their treatments etc as I wanted a to book a pamper session or something as a gift for my wife. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful the lady I spoke to (the owner) was and after discussing what my wife might like I decided to book her in for a massage, what I was particularly impressed with was how the lady listened to me and explained how given the fact my wife suffers with her back that a back massage would be of more benefit for her even though she could have just sold a full body massage which was dearer. Nice to see this day in age a place where need is more important than money. My wife attended her massage and she was well impressed, so much so I have booked myself in now to.
