When i called into book, I was informed about the surcharge for the length of hair for this treatment. Bina answered all my questions about the treatment and was very accommodating with the appointment times. I was scheduled in sooner than I had anticipated. On arriving, I was kept informed and made very comfortable. My treatment included a haircut and Bina educated me on the way I should care for my hair & any concerns I had were dealt with in a professional and honest manner. The treatment and hair cut i received was of a high standard. I am absolutely chuffed with my hair. Thank you so much for a good experience & I look forward in returning.”
