Doing my last bit of shopping and looking for somewhere last minute to get eyebrows done they were very accommodating and polite thank you so much to the ladies there they came out perfect.

Have been coming here since moving to wolves 4 years, tried a couple more in the city centre, they don’t compare with these lovely ladies. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Will forever continue coming here
On Sunday 3rd dec 22 I went there for underarms wax the lady was very rude her name is Rozy . She did my underarms with cold wax not stretched while she pull . Don't put anything after wax . When I said her wax is very cold and it's pulling my hair while you applying her answer is cold weather common rude lady inside temperature is not cold at all . Never ever go when she is on duty other girls are very very nice friendly they know their job.
I was told would last two weeks. They were beginning to fall out after a few days. I did everything right. No shower. No gym or exercise. No sweating or steam room etc. Rip off

Went in for eyelash extensions as id never had them before so opted for the 'Celebrity ones' for £18 to see if i liked them before going on to the Russian style ones, they looked lovely and i was told how to maintain them and when to come back and get some infills done. 2 days later they were falling out and i had to go back and have them soaked off AND pay £5 to have it done which is disgusting! I was told they would last at least a week and a half to 2 weeks! Not 2 DAYS. Having said that i still proceeded to ask about an appointment for Russian lashes only to be told rather sheepishly that they weren't doing them at the moment and just doing the ones id had in.... I don't believe this for a second i think she was just lying because she didn't want to do them. Walked out after paying my £5 feeling like id been ripped off and will NEVER go there again.
