came in for a sew in which took six hours… on top of that, they overcharged me and cut a massive chunk out of my bundle, avoid unless you have time to waste on your hands
Booked an appointment online only to go over and see the shop was closed. There was no communication of it on the website online. Thankfully, I didn’t make a payment but selected the pay in person option. Not very good communication to be honest.
Today, I visited Jackie's Hair Salon to have my weave reinstalled. Jackie displayed incredible patience while working with the extensions that had been previously cut and installed by someone else. It was not an easy task, but she handled it with care and precision. As a result, my hair looks incredible and is comfortable and not tight, which is not always the case for me after an install. I truly appreciate Jackie's gentle touch and expertise in handling my hair. If you're looking for a skilled stylist who can work magic with weave installations, I highly recommend Jackie's salon. She truly knows how to make her clients feel comfortable and satisfied.

I've bought some wefts on their website and they failed to let me know that they were out of stock and 8 days later I still have not received my full refund. Terrible customer service I would not recommend them
Went to relax my hair in the salon upstairs the ladies were so kind and very professional hair was properly done so impressed. Also got loads of useful tips to maintain healthy afro hair. Really pleased with them a bit pricy but worth every penny and will definitely be going back.
Staff are friendly and always helpful.
