   Firstly, the customer service was lovely and my child had a lovely experience and the styling was nice. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because after the treatment my child's hair state was back to where it was before the end of the day. I advised that this issue was fly away hairs and I wanted my child's hair to be silkier. In the beginning, it looked promising as the shampoo and the conditioner that was used worked wonders. After styling I did see that my child's hair was going reverting back. Also I was quite surprised that they used cling film to wrap the hair before it went under the dryer. It only niggles me because if you paying quite a bit of money to get your hair done, you would expect them to have professional items used compared to what you would use at home. My personal opinion, once going through the photos and the customers I had seen there is that they are a great salon if you wanted a silk press or a basic wash and style, I don't think working with natural hair without the use of straighteners is their strong suit.

   I went to Redcoco on the recommendation of a friend for a texture release and cut/style and I was really impressed and satisfied with the service. Camika is incredibly knowledgeable about hair and all of the treatments and services she provides, she works with you to achieve the look you want and to do it in a way that you can maintain while keeping your hair healthy. She made sure I knew how to look after and maintain my hair away from the salon and gave recommendations without it being about trying to sell the products they stock - everything she did or recommended I do/use was explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend this salon, all the staff are warm and friendly too!

   Had step by step explanation of what was being done to my hair. The use of the clarifying and moisturising shampoo and how they work. The conditioner and the leave-in conditioner. Also how to get the best result from the curling gel. A good experience.

   Amazing service and lovely stylists. Since I've started coming here my hair is the healthiest it has been in years and is so much easier to manage. I now travel 1.5 hours to visit the salon as I can't find anywhere with the same standards and customer service. Also, the online booking system makes booking appointments so easy.

   I travelled 1.5 hours for my appointment and it was the best decision I ever made. I’m writing this review 1 month after getting my hair done and I can honestly say my hair has never been better. She explained the process so clearly and answered all my questions patiently and you can really tell she has mastered her craft. The salon is cozy which allows for focused attention. I already booked my next appointment which will be a colour treatment as I am 100% confident in their work. If you are hesitating to book an appointment, just do it. You won’t regret it.
