“Absolutely love this nail shop. Very welcoming . I have been coming here for 4 years . Yes the wait can be ridiculous I agree , however a busy shop means great work.. right ? …..they are obviously doing something right. They always offer a bottle of water and communicate and will advise what they believes best for your nails. Furthermore I have left work and arrived 15 mins before closing time and the have fit me in last min, I will always respect Jen nails for that . I am truly surprised by the negative comments .”

This shop is such an amazing place to go to, true definition of enter a customer leave a friend. Couldn't praise the Willow Rose highly enough, everyone there is amazingly friendly and pop over to see what's going on and compliment the work you're having done, no better feeling than having a tattoo artist compliment what's going on your skin. “Prior to Covid lockdown, I had a memorial tattoo done here and it was amazing. I was initially nervous as my previous tattoo has been a little simple thing to see how the pain was to me, but the studio has a very relaxing air to it and it took the edge off. When I was seated and Vicky got down to work, she and I started talking and it took my mind off the tattoo. She and I are able to carry on conversations so easily and it really helps! After the lockdown ended and the studio was able to reopen, my fiance and I decided to get our matching tattoos. The studio, as always, was clean and this time had even more protective measures in place. Sheild for both you and them at the front, gloves to help with paperwork and automatic disinfectant dispenser to use once in the bigger studio space! I was once again placed with Vicky and my fiance got work done by Adam. They worked together across the studio to make sure the tattoos were placed properly, the designs were the same style and that we were both well taken care of during the timeframe! It was wonderful to catch up with Vicky after 6 months and all the artists are so friendly that it really makes you relax and feel almost like family! I love both my works and my fiance really likes our matching tattoos! We will definitely be returning for future tattoo work!”

“At last, a piercer who knows what they're doing. Emma is a real expert and was honest with me about the piercing I had hoped for not being a possibility - you have to respect that. She did however remove the ridiculous, misplaced piercing that had been done elsewhere, replacing it with a correctly positioned and very nice piece of jewellery. Will definitely be going back.”
