“This is the nicest, friendliest hotel i have stayed in. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Michelle in particular stands out. She works on reception and is so friendly and chatty. Extremely helpful and always has a smile to welcome you through the door. The staff in the pub next door are also super helpful and friendly. They really do everything to make it a home from home. “Hotel: easy to find via postcode and a lot of retail shops close but. Car parking: really easy to park with plenty of spaces. However, seperate to hotel but reasonably priced. Overall experience: receptionists were amazing and went above and beyond to endure I had a comfortable experience. I was greeted with a friendly smile from Bejja and also Fatima whom both equally share the same devotion to their work. Only downside would be the room of 508, the shower head needs descaling but that doesn't deserve a drop in stars... Thank you Premier Inn an amazing stay”

Not a massive choice of food options, it's a bit difficult to work out the flavors available as the menu is a little bit unclear. Very limited drink options as well. “We have delivery service and its always bang on amazing the only Indian restaurant ill eat from the naan breads and chapattis are always nice and fresh and the poor delivery drivers come out no matter the weather please remember to tip them”

“Me and my wife visited this pub after our regular pub wasn't serving food. Not only was the beer a lot cheaper than our regular pub the food that we ordered was very tasty. For the fans that like sports there are several large tv's dotted around the pub and there's always a selection of various music playing.”

“My girlfriend and I visited yesterday on the off chance that we could get a table. Fortunately the lady that was hosting was able to find us a very nice one in the window with a short waiting time; despite it being a busy Friday night and Valentine's Day so we were very happy with that. All staff were working very hard and were polite but Alex from behind the bar stood out in his service and how he looked after us for our time there. He gladly corrected a mistake that I had made when ordering a bottle of wine and dealt with it very swiftly and professionally. As one FOH staff member myself I would definitely say that he is a credit to not only Nando's but customer service and hospitality in general. We were very pleased with our visit and how attentative he in particular was with our needs, especially whilst having the patience listening to my awkward dessert order at a busy bar. Also on top of the excellent service the food was absolutely lovely and we both very much enjoyed it, we will definitely be looking forward to dining here again soon.”

Warrens specialises in fish but only two of our party had fish (sea bass), the others had the lamb shank, the coq au vin, the pork and it was all delicious. Beautifully cooked and presented. We were full after two courses but shared a couple of deserts. Can I say the honey and lavender panacotta served with a passion fruit coulis was sublime. Not too sweet. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. This is fast becoming a favourite dining spot. It’s so nice to have food that hasn’t been pre-cooked offsite and warmed in the ovens. Everything is cooked and prepared from scratch. The menu changes regularly. We glanced at their Sunday lunch menu and yes I definitely need to go back to try that. Oh and they now serve breakfast too.”

“I was served by Tanveer at Creams she made me an Oreo Trifle Treat. This desert was delicious it is layers of chocolate custard, Oreo biscuits and cream. This is a perfect option if you want a lighter dessert something not as heavy as a waffle or ice cream. Would definitely get this again!
