    My mate and I have visited here a few times but yesterday was first day I remembered to take a photo. I had 5 chicken wings with lemon and herb spicing. You could just about taste the lemon on them. They were cooked well and fell of the bone with a definate grill taste to them. They were nice wings and I would order them again. I then had a side of mash potato that appeared to be instand mash. Needed alot more butter and had solid bits where it had hardened against the dish it was either cooked or microwaved in. Food overal was average and I have had better from here. My mate had a chicken burger with peri chips. Service was prompt and was quite full for a thursday. Staff were friendly and likly i will return.

    My girlfriend and I visited yesterday on the off chance that we could get a table. Fortunately the lady that was hosting was able to find us a very nice one in the window with a short waiting time; despite it being a busy Friday night and Valentine's Day so we were very happy with that. All staff were working very hard and were polite but Alex from behind the bar stood out in his service and how he looked after us for our time there. He gladly corrected a mistake that I had made when ordering a bottle of wine and dealt with it very swiftly and professionally. As one FOH staff member myself I would definitely say that he is a credit to not only Nando's but customer service and hospitality in general. We were very pleased with our visit and how attentative he in particular was with our needs, especially whilst having the patience listening to my awkward dessert order at a busy bar. Also on top of the excellent service the food was absolutely lovely and we both very much enjoyed it, we will definitely be looking forward to dining here again soon.

    We had a group of 10 to go out. I did call before hand and was advised they don't do reservations and to just call 15 mins before arriving. Which we did but upon entry when asked they had no record of 10 people arriving any time soon lol. We were told a 30 min wait, which the group agreed to but we were seated 15 mins after which was all due to the staff's hard work. This seemed to be a good start but it all went downhill from there. Half the group were vegetarians and there were limited veggie options as we were aware. But as we placed an order on the QR code it turns out that we had even less options available as they had run out of some thing. One of the team went to speak to the manager who seemed pretty flippant about it all and didn't really care to offer any compensation or apologise for this as we were told on the app and that was enough for him. Well we carry on and order anyway. When the food arrived it soon became apparent that choosing the level of sauce in the app was pointless as there was no sauce in any of them. So off we went to get sauces. But there was no lime and herb for me to be found so I went in for the mild lol. But even 2 of the same pittas were so different, it was as if they were running out of ingredients as they were making each other. Mine had a sliver of halloumi where another had a nice slab, I was a little jealous of this! They even had lettuce!!! So I thought I'd have a chat with the manager, the team warned me it was pointless and they were right. I ended the conversation quickly as he didn't have the time to make eye contact let alone care about the issue. As you can guess we weren't staying for dessert lol I'd say go here when it's very quiet in the day, you may get better service and the food you want. If not, go to BK over the way! Or any other food joint a stones throw away. Just avoid this till they have better management that can plan and provide a better service. No doubt nandos owner will be feeding it back to the team. But seeing the reviews. This is not a 1 off. You might want to do something more than feedback. Hope you have a better experience than we did.

    Me and my family came here for a meal which was supposed to be nice but we were severly disappointed. We got there and had a 5minute wait which was reasonable as we came as a group of 7. This was down to the staff moving tanles around in order to fit us. We then ordered online and the reception was terrible we had to wait 10minutes before the order went through. We were then notified they only had 1 bean burger left. Considering the bean burger is one of two vegetarian meals this was not a delight. We then had to choose the only other vegetarian option available.We then asked the manager for a discount for he inconvenience but he refused.The food then took a while to come out and when it did it was okay and nothing special. The wirkers there tried to make the best of a bad situation but the reason it wasn't a successful trip is not because of the workers but because the nandos is not adequately managed.

    I have given this particular Nando’s chance after to chance to redeem itself, But unfortunately they Never fail to serve an incorrect order with some Sort of issue on almost every occassion. I stopped visiting & ordering from this branch. Service is below average, food is below average & although there is ample parking, it is pay & display. One thing I will say, is the choco-lota cake is delicious. 2 stars overall with that in mind.

    Overall a pleasant experience. I must say the girl serving at the time ,she has blonde hair, on the 24th of Feb last week ( sorry didn't catch her name, it was around the early evening time,was absolutely great. Probably one of the best workers there compared to the rest. I had to go for the veggie option as the chicken was not halal. Bottomless drinks are quite expensive at Β£3.50. still it was enjoyable.

    We usually go to nandos at least twice a month, went today and not sure if they have changed kitchen staff but chicken was really dry, portion size was tiny aswell, asked for some sauce (which I get every time) and waitress said they can’t do it? This sauce comes on a burger so not sure why. The girl that I spoke to at the till was really nice and very apologetic. It’s just annoying when we regularly go, not sure we will anymore :(

    Food was really nice as you'd expect from a nandos, had pretty fast service and a wide selection of spice levels and sauces, bottomless drinks, if you're going to nandos you usually know what you're getting in for

    The food was lovely, as always. The service left a little to be desired though. One waitress started clearing the table while my husband was still eating. She even tried to take his napkin that he hadn't used yet. After tasting our children's desserts, we decided we also wanted a cheesecake. When it didn't arrive we asked a waitress and she asked for proof that I had paid for it. As I chose not to take a receipt I had to open my bank app and show her I had paid for it before she brought the dessert. Our delicious gooey caramel cheesecake had a rather more bitter taste after being made to feel like a liar and a thief.
