Christmas meal here yesterday was absolutely disgusting. I complained and the staff couldn’t have cared less. Please see the photo attached- that was supposed to be tomato soup! Vile. We were a party of 27 people. Needless to say we won’t be returning again!!! Appalling service. Really went against the grain paying for this slop.

Perfect, have came here every Saturday for over 2 years, never had a bad meal here. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food! The kids meals are really good value for money, with a 3 course meal including a starter, main and pudding. Would most definitely recommend. The staff are lovely; Mike,David,Ash,Laura and of course all of the others are very welcoming and friendly. For the drinks, especially the refillable soft drinks are great value, with unlimited refills. Atmosphere is very chilling. Thanks to all of the staff!

First time here the food that they served was cold and the steak I asked was medium rare and instead they gave me a medium/ medium well. The only good thing in the mix grill was the pork chop.

Food was lovely. Steak was cooked perfectly. Place didn't seem busy. But I had half hour between my starter and main. Possibly short staffed maybe? Breakfast next morning was good. Plenty to choose from

Amazing large meal. Went for Lasagne, and the Sirloin steak. Food was delicious and 100% worth the £10-12 each. They did not get a 5 star because they didn't have the Mixed Grill that I wanted, and then didn't have The chili shredded beef that I wanted, both run out. Other than that, great place, tasty food.

Ideal location for food and drink away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Great in summer being next to the cut ( canal ) it has the Premier Inn next door / on top so ideal place to grab breakfast / lunch or dinner if staying in the local areas. easy walking distance from the town less than a minute. There is a car park but this is chargeable. Friendly welcome and place looked tidy and quite for a Friday lunch / afternoon. The 2 meals for £8.99 are a bargain. I'm not a fan of the skin on chips but they taste ok nothing special, toilets on site on the ground floor.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good range of options on the unlimited cooked breakfast. You get unlimited juice and Costa coffee as well as anything from the continental breakfast buffet. I was very happy with everything on the cooked breakfast other than the black pudding. It could have done with being cooked for longer. Overall, it was a good breakfast and I will happily eat there again.
