   Staff really helpful and pleasant, you need to ring the national number to book an accessible room after the online booking just have your booking ref handy, but it only took minutes. Room was clean, bed comfy, good shower. Fantastic breakfast by the window overlooking the canal , good pub underneath lots of eating places nearby, Asda a few mins away, really centrally located. Parking was pretty good along side. You need the app and pay the £3.50 until 11.00am pay extra for 24 hours. Definitely will be back

   I went to book a room for my guest at 3:00 AM as I couldn’t book online. The staff member on duty first quoted me an exorbitant price. I agreed to pay as my guest desperately needed to sleep after a long journey. He proceeded to ask unnecessary questions, including demanding both of our IDs. I explained that I was not the guest staying and that my guest would be the one paying. When I questioned why he needed my ID since I was not staying, he refused the booking, stating that I was being difficult. He was very rude throughout the entire interaction.

   We were in Walsall for a conference. This was a great place to stay. The usual; amazing Premier inn nights sleep. Best value breakfast to set us up for the day and close to everything. Discounted parking available at reception too.

   Hotel: easy to find via postcode and a lot of retail shops close but. Car parking: really easy to park with plenty of spaces. However, seperate to hotel but reasonably priced. Overall experience: receptionists were amazing and went above and beyond to endure I had a comfortable experience. I was greeted with a friendly smile from Bejja and also Fatima whom both equally share the same devotion to their work. Only downside would be the room of 508, the shower head needs descaling but that doesn't deserve a drop in stars... Thank you Premier Inn an amazing stay

   I spent 5 nights here and overall a good place to stay if happen to visit Walsall. The rooms were the usual standard for Premier Inn so comfortable. My only gripes were the Chef and Brewer where Breakfast and evening meal is served. The breakfast was fine each day offering a wide choice. My criticism.came to the evening. The tables were sticky and that included the menus too. The menu is fairly standard, so played safe on chicken goujons which has been on the hit plate too long. Same goes for the Lasagne. That said, they weren't the worst I have had! My room had an allowance so when I chose from the £5 was charged the full price. I was told they could charge the lower cost and Premier Inn customer services pointed back to the hotel. The staff were friendly enough so cannot fault them.Despite the food and ripping off customers, could have been a lot worse.

   Great service and nice staff. Think his name was amit. Polite and helpful front desk person who helped with towels ro the room. Comfy beds. Breakfast was great. Nice touch with chocolates for the kids. Cobs webs in corners but service was great so can over look this minor thing. Comfy beds and arrangement was perfect with 2 singles and a double. Thankyou for out Comfy and great priced stay

   Sitting in Premier Inn for over 1 hour, only to told they had lost our food order. Dirty plates still laying about on tables, limited staff. All in all not impressed. The poor people that use the hotel and rely on this restaurant. I feel sorry for them. Won't be returning.

   Better than expected. Well located in town with some restaurants nearby. Car parking is extra although inexpensive. Room is a good size and clean.
