“This is the nicest, friendliest hotel i have stayed in. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Michelle in particular stands out. She works on reception and is so friendly and chatty. Extremely helpful and always has a smile to welcome you through the door. The staff in the pub next door are also super helpful and friendly. They really do everything to make it a home from home. I definitely recommend”

“Hotel: easy to find via postcode and a lot of retail shops close but. Car parking: really easy to park with plenty of spaces. However, seperate to hotel but reasonably priced. Overall experience: receptionists were amazing and went above and beyond to endure I had a comfortable experience. I was greeted with a friendly smile from Bejja and also Fatima whom both equally share the same devotion to their work. Only downside would be the room of 508, the shower head needs descaling but that doesn't deserve a drop in stars... Thank you Premier Inn an amazing stay”

“This place helped me in a time of homelessness and gave me a fair price, i was there for about 3 weeks and i saw it as my own home, the agent who overlooked this stay Rashida was the most helpful professional and thoughtful person ever, and she made my stay perfect, the cleaner Fallon was top notch in her cleaning and kept it as homely and clean! Id highly Recommend the double ensuite! The beds are so comfy and the shower room is fantastic! This place is a brilliant stay. Fridge freezer and microwave and kettle includes in shared kitchen. Placed next to a great cheap corner shop and multiple takeaways. Brilliant 10/10”

“This is a little gem of a place, the staff are amazing and so friendly, I stay here whenever I am in the area and it never fails. It's nice and quiet but still with a great atmosphere, the pub style menu has a good range and all cooked very well, nothing is too much trouble and you get the highest customer service. Rooms are quite spacious, slightly dated but it adds to the theme of a tradition building and everything you need is there. My go to place for the Birmingham area”

“For the price the rooms are decent, the staff as well as the people staying there are pleasant. Room had a TV, microwave and fridge/freezer. At the back there's a big secure car park. There's a kitchen and lounge downstairs. Place has a lift too. Only downside is that you can't come and go in as you please at night (after 9pm/10pm ish).”
