All round a good stay. All staff very friendly. Sandra was very helpful & friendly when I was ordering my food at the bar. Food was good. Mac & cheese ( thanks to the Chef for adding a bit more cheese) was tasty.
Had 1 night here in an accessible room. The room was OK and we had no traffic noise but the bathroom was not. It was a wet room and showering was really not good. The floor was wet all over and quite slippery so felt really unsafe. On a positive note, the hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were very pleasant and helpful particularly Emma. The evening meal was nice and the breakfast yummy.
Here tonight for a Christmas party. Very disappointed. All inclusive but range of drinks not very good. Started off with actual glasses but ended up with plastic. Was told drink tastes the same out of plastic. Accept plastic is ok by water but not in a supposedly 4 star.
We’re here with a ‘Go Holidays’ coach trip. The hotel is a bit of a surprise, and in a good way. The evening meal they supplied was great. I had a chicken Makhani that was real deal and my wife had a beautiful Lasagne. A great range of puds to follow and the apple crumble and custard was a winner. All home cooked by a chef that clearly understands food. The staff are all very friendly, work brilliantly as a team and are really ‘on it’. The room is decent as well. Wasn’t expecting much but I’m genuinely impressed.
Second time I have stayed here. And must say how impressed we was with the whole experience. Would highly recommend. The room was great, the breakfast was very good. And the staff were so helpful. And for the price I will definitely be back
Stayed here whilst visiting colleagues with work. Great hotel. Given a warm welcome by Jordan on the check in desk. Room was spacious and clean, with TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. My room was at the rear of the Hotel, next to the M6 but I couldn't hear the outside traffic at all. Evening meal was provided in the bar area. Was looked after by Nathan, who was attentive and professional. Breakfast was a buffet style and delicious . Will definitely stay here again
Stayed for six nights. The staff were helpful, polite and attentive. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast meal was the highlight of the stay! You could select a full English, or a Continental Breakfast, together with a variety of cereals. There is “Bar Food” served each evening which is cooked to order. The bar is well stocked and is open 24/7 for residents! Convenient for the M6; as it is sited at J10. Within striking distance of Cadbury World and other “attractions” in the area.
Great access from M6. We booked 2 rooms 10 months ago so confused why rooms couldn't be next to each other??? And the smaller room was made the family room?. Can't fault the cleanliness absolutely 5*! Staff friendly! Breakfast very busy but for what you pay it was a great selection and good value! BUT with the heating on full the room was cold! I'm a cold person but this was cold cold thank God we brought our girls their warm pj's!
Great stay here in a large comfy room. We checked in very late, but thankfully the front desk team, especially Jordan, sorted us out with food and drinks. The included breakfast was a fabulous way to start the following day.
Considering are coach trip arrived over an hour and a half late the staff were absolutely lovely about it. We got checked in our rooms super quick The food was fab and drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. Big shout out to Jai who was an absolute star on the bar. Breakfast was also excellent. Super place to stay.
