   Clean well presented . Staff were amazing night staff and day staff . We booked 7 rooms and they were all great value for money. Definitely would stay again

   Staff were friendly and helpful but appart from relatively new carpets everything else was a bit tired and in need of renovation/refit. Soap dispenser in bathroom had no soap and when we mentioned it a paper cup of liquid soap was provided as we were informed that new soap dispensers were being fitted the next week. Please also be aware their is no lift and we were given a room on the top floor.

   The room which myself and my fiance stayed in was very, very small. There was no wardrobe or anything like that, the shower was very small and the room was very cold. It felt as if our room and the one next to it should've been one room instead of two separate ones. The staff were very friendly so cannot fault that but I think next time i'll stay in the Premier Inn for the same price.

   Travelodge kingswinford is a lovely place to stay. We have visited many times and would recommend. Always clean and inviting. Staff are always so accommodating and friendly. Special mention to Asif on front desk. Always there to greet you with a smile and is very helpful and friendly.

   SatNav address is correct, and there's enough car parking space. Travelodge Kingswinford is a beautiful big old house, with quirky rooms cleverly decorated in signature Travelodge colour palette. We had a warm and sympathetic welcome after a very long drive. We chose the breakfast box option, as we needed to get moving the next morning - this proved to be a good combination of cereal and milk, pastry, flapjack, and apple juice. The staff are lovely, the room was lovely: I've only dropped a star for the noise in the foyer right outside our room, both late at night and early in the morning. Travelodge: you could do better with the design of the little booth for the receptionist - this building deserves to be a real jewel.

   Nice building from the outside, very dated inside, my room was big but looked like something from the early seventies, when I opened the door to my room I was hit with the stench of stale cigarette smoke, the carpet could have done with a clean as well, the staff where welcoming and very friendly and helpful though, really needs an update

   A very basic but tidy place. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. For one of the cheaper Travelodge hotels, it's one of the better ones and I'd have no hesitation in staying again.

   Budge travel.lodge. small place clean but always fully booked. So book early. Friendly staff. No fridge in rooms.. the whole establishment has no.microwave. so eat out. There's no waiting lounge or a place to.see visitors from.
