“Had a great stay - staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom looked like it had been recently refurbished with a rain shower. My only issue was that it took 45 minutes for my dinner to be served after ordering even though it was a Wednesday night and the restaurant was very quiet, but it was delicious when I eventually got to eat it! Short walking distance from the train station and taxi rank! I would definitely stay again in the future!”

“It was pure chance that I ended up at this hotel, late at night. However, I must admit it was a lucky coincidence, because everything was fantastic. It was so pleasant, friendly, clean, and welcoming that I extended my stay in Wolverhampton and at this hotel. I must especially commend one of the night shift staff, who very efficiently checked me in on the night of my arrival and took care of all the extra amenities related to using the bar and kitchen. During my stay, I noticed that this particular lady, Kaja—that's her name—showed that, although she primarily manages the reception desk, she is an invaluable support to the rest of the staff. She was constantly helping someone with a problem, which usually stemmed from a lack of experience or knowledge. However, Kaja would solve the problem in a heartbeat, with a smile on her face, so you could feel the positive and friendly energy that emanates from her and spreads to the other staff. I definitely recommend this hotel, as it is truly comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and above all, professional. I would especially like to thank Kai, who from the very beginning of my stay demonstrated commitment, extensive knowledge and concern for the satisfaction of her guests.”

“My sister and I enjoyed a lovely meal with you at the hundred house. The staff were professional and were really lovely despite it being so busy and they were so attentive. I have the salmon starter as a main and my sister Gill had the Christmas dinner and my sister had the cheesecake and I had Christmas pork with brandy sauce all completely lush! Staff were 100%÷ perfect in everyday possible to make our day. “We had our son's first birthday party here a couple of weeks ago. Ben and Sarah were fantastic throughout all of the planning stage and on the big day. They allowed us to tailor the buffet menu how we wanted, decorate the orangery and bar area and bring outside entertainment. The food in the buffet was very delicious and there was plenty to go around for our 95 guests. We had a lot of positive feedback from our guests - many asked how we found the venue. Bar service was great and so were the team cleaning plates and glasses throughout the event. Highly recommend birthday parties and gatherings at this well ran family hotel. We did not use any rooms so cannot comment on these or rate them.”

“This is a little gem of a place, the staff are amazing and so friendly, I stay here whenever I am in the area and it never fails. It's nice and quiet but still with a great atmosphere, the pub style menu has a good range and all cooked very well, nothing is too much trouble and you get the highest customer service. Rooms are quite spacious, slightly dated but it adds to the theme of a tradition building and everything you need is there. My go to place for the Birmingham area”

“Lovely quaint place with absolutely lovely owners. Car park for guests, lovely good sized rooms, wifi, nice bathrooms, everything super clean and well kept. I've stayed at a couple of places in this area and Silverdale is super nice, can't recommend enough.”

“The apartments are a very short walking distance to Cannock Chase Hospital where I am working on a project, the apartment I stayed in was spotlessly clean with everything you need and more. Private parking was also a big bonus. The town centre is a 2 min walk away so it's easy to go out and get food/refreshments or you can stay in and cook as all utensils etc are in the kitchen for your use. Excellent all round.”

“Stayed for 2 nights and loved it . The rooms were comfortable and warm , it is an old building so rickety in places , but this added to the charm . The food was wonderful both at breakfast and dinner and the staff were very kind and accommodating.”

“Stayed here for two nights. Easy walk from the train station and an easier walk back to the town centre. Great location with a 24 hour McDonald's 2 minutes away for breakfast or late night grub. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Shower room was fine, I had a bit of a mission trying to get a stable temperature in the shower the first time I used it but I strongly suspect other guests were using theirs at the same time and the hot water system was struggling. Second time was fine. Nice little garden out the back to sit with a coffee and listen to the birds. Entry codes were provided in plenty of time and I was made aware of the need for photo ID and a refundable security deposit well in advance. If you read your T's & C's there are no hidden surprises with this place. Very impressed and will definitely book again next time I am stopping in Wolverhampton.”

“Through work, I stayed at Kingswinford for 3 months. Rooms were great, I stayed in quite a few rooms. Staff were attentitive, friendly and on the ball !! It was almost home from home ! To the managers and staff, I would just like to say a huge thanks, over the last 3 months, been away from family ,having great service and good food, clean rooms, and a great atmosphere, made the stay very nice and welcoming.
