   On noisy Lea Road with no parking as advertised. Complained when I arrived. They told me to cancel the booking on booking.com so they could refund me but then stopped taking my calls. More like HMO set up. Wouldnt recommend.

   Lovely clean place with all you could need.. number access doors.. bed and pillows really comfortable.. Only downside is that the room was unbearabley hot.. but there was a fan which helped. Would absolutely recommend.. and stay again.

   It's clean and spacious. There is coffee and tea and water boiler with plates for 2 people and a small fridge.Bed is good comfortable. Location is just 10 minutes walk to the city center and you also have a bus stop close to the hotel. Overall It's convenient for short or even long stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The owner himself is also a very nice person.

   Stayed here for two nights. Easy walk from the train station and an easier walk back to the town centre. Great location with a 24 hour McDonald's 2 minutes away for breakfast or late night grub. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Shower room was fine, I had a bit of a mission trying to get a stable temperature in the shower the first time I used it but I strongly suspect other guests were using theirs at the same time and the hot water system was struggling. Second time was fine. Nice little garden out the back to sit with a coffee and listen to the birds. Entry codes were provided in plenty of time and I was made aware of the need for photo ID and a refundable security deposit well in advance. If you read your T's & C's there are no hidden surprises with this place. Very impressed and will definitely book again next time I am stopping in Wolverhampton.

   I booked to stay here for two days, but on the morning of the booking I got a message asking for photo ID and a copy of my bank card (they said it was ok to cover some of the numbers). They said this is because they don’t have a reception and it was to give me access to entry. Now I often stay in Airbnb’s, and never have I been asked for this information and I wasn’t comfortable sending them. The manager stopped taking my calls or booking.com’s, so I didn’t know if I still had my booking. Long and short. I did get charged and neither the manager or booking.com have responded to any of my messages to get me my money back. I would strongly suggest, thats only book this place if you’re happy with this arrangement, as it doesn’t say that this is what is expected anywhere.

   Although our reservation started off badly (booking.com cancelled it) once we were sorted and had all the details we had a really lovely stay. The bed was really comfortable with loads of pillows! The TV had Netflix on it and the whole place was absolutely spotless! The shower was a little hard to use and the temperature control wasn't the best but it was still a nice experience. Would probably visit again but make sure I have more comfortable shoes as it took us 20mins to walk the the shops
