Unfortunately, my stay at this place left a very bad impression. There was a terrible smell coming from the sink as well as from the shower drains. The bedding looked used, the sheets were wrinkled, dirty, and stained. The cutlery provided was also unclean and not suitable for use. Even basic necessities like toilet paper were missing. Unfortunately, the conditions were far from acceptable, and I cannot recommend this place.
Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative opinion about the cleaning service. The showers were very dirty, the shower heads were almost black, and paint was peeling off the ceiling. The bedding looked as if it had already been used – it was very wrinkled and did not appear fresh. On top of that, the cleaning staff were very rude and arrogant, which only made the overall experience worse. I definitely expected a higher standard and better service.
We were looking for a place to stay after the concert, and CADes Accommodation was perfect. It was very close to the concert hall and the room was super clean and comfortable. The use of a lockbox for check-in made arrival flexible, and the directions provided made it easy to find the room. Thank you for a budget-friendly and clean option!

Basic but cosy. Bed was comfortable and duvet warm. Make sure you get exact instructions for entry, parking and building lights before you go. Not a big problem, but not obvious. I would use them again.
