   This is a good value stop if you're in Wolverhampton for a day or so. Staff were friendly and room facilities were modern. The heating was good. Only issue with my room was the lack of a view from the tiny window

   Room was very clean despite peeling wallpaper and cracks in the bathroom. Once the room warmed up with the added heater, it was comfortable. Staff were kind and we were able to catch the cleaner to let her know we didn't need a daily towel change.

   What a fantastic place to stay! I had a business conference and stayed overnight here - staff were very friendly, rooms were very well kept and quiet from the main road. Breakfast was given a good selection and good portions, would happily stay again!

   Really good place to stay for a work or business trip. Fantastic to have a parking space on site. Lovely comfortable bed & great to have a bath in the ensuite. Really friendly and efficient staff & beautiful food for breakfast. Highly recommended.

   Have stayed at this hotel on multiple locations despite being local. Just to have a change of scenery. The building is lovely , the location is perfect and the staff are incredibly helpful. Staff have always been on help to sort out any small detail and the price is very reasonable. Will be back ?

   On arrival the young lady Claudia was very welcoming and very personable. The bedroom was very clean and sufficient for my 2 night stay. The only thing I could pick fault with is the windows not being double glazed to keep the heat in and to help sound proof from the main road traffic at the front rooms. The beds are very comfortable along with the pillows and lovely soft towels. Breakfast was really nice and a great choice of full English and continental foods, nothing was too much trouble. Drinks at the bar where brought to the table and noticed even poured by Claudia. Exceptional service! There was a new woman Ruby who was very cheerful and very tentative. Presentation staff, very polite on passing in the hotel too. The hotel overall is very well decorated and extreemly clean. The staff are exceptional!. I will definitely stay again.

   Simply perfect. Great friendly reception lady with dark hair. Full Breakfast was plentiful cereal juices coffee teas and vegetarian breakfast option. Clean room with all you need. Comfy bed, free view TV Great shower and bathroom.. lovely bar area.. they even sell Remy Martin!! Over all a pleasant stay. I'll definitely stay here again.
