   Very much enjoyed my recent stay at this branch of Premier Inn, namely more than anything, the staff were the friendliest I've encountered, very much made staying there for the 3 nights much lighter. The room was as advertised and as expected, spacious and well equipped. Only slight on this branch is there isn't much around without having to travel via car. There is a restaurant onsite, but outside of that there isn't anything else. Overall, very happy and would recommend to anyone staying in the Wolverhampton area.

   Rooms seem a bit dated and sparse, bathroom was nice however and the bed was comfortable. The tv in the room was ok but limited choice of content as per normal. The room was clean enough but the hotel is really somewhere you go if you are working away and need somewhere to sleep rather than a destination! The attached Beefeater restraunt was nice however with a good menu, the staff in the restraunt were really pleasant and helpful and the food was well cooked and it didnt take a age to arrive. The hotel is very well located right next to several motorways and A roads. All in all id stay here again if away for work, but not a destination, and to be fair the hotel isnt trying to be that either.

   Had personal items taken without my permission from my room and nothing was done about by reception. No safe in the room. Old toilet paper in the bathroom wall all week. Helpful reception though and neil got my tv tuned into gb news and the volume level increased for me from 8 to 15! Cold rooms though !

   First time I’ve had a bad stay with premier inn. Usually premier inn is a guaranteed comfort stay as you know what you are getting. There was nothing wrong with our room so everything seemed ok. On arrival we were welcomed by a lovely member of staff. We went to our room only to be hit with the smell of cannabis the minute we took to the stairs. All night people were loud and banging doors down our corridor and on the floor above. The hotel is clearly quite dated so every movement people make is creaky and loud. We had very little sleep and regretted booking this as a midway stop for a long journey. We would have been better off driving the whole way as we were no better rested. Very disappointed!!

   The beefeater restaurant is the best place I have visited in years, the food quality and presentation was exceptional. The cleanliness and customer service was unrivalled. We live 30 miles away but going back there again this weekend, well worth the trip. Well done to the chef, and all staff.

   Visited in March 23, this is a large hotel and is well maintained, situated 2 minutes off the M54, 10 minutes drive from Wolverhampton centre. It has free car parking for residents with Genie Point electric vehicle charging facilities. The Beefeater restaurant adjacent was very clean and the food excellent. We stayed in an air conditioned family room with non opening windows, which was very clean and tidy. The staff were excellent and helpful, would definitely use it again.

   room was nice, but due to the fact my friend accidently left my airpods thinking they were hers on the bed while packing stuff away- they were in lost property the next morning and i phoned to see if i could get them the next day due to work- only for them to tell me they were no longer at the site anymore, they carried an investigation out to see what had happened and told me the result, but now there saying I have to call the insurance people and show my reciept for the refund? like excuse me but am i the one thats lost them? yes its routine- but £120 down the drain, not happy at all.
