Nice place with ample parking available, which is really convenient. Just make sure to enter your vehicle registration into the system on arrival to avoid a fine. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and there’s always a receptionist on hand to help with check-in and any queries. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience.
Hotel is what you expect from a Premier Inn; above average. However the bar is where this place shines. 3 nights I stayed and Kat I believe is the shift leader is blooming awesome. Great publican. Her team(that I met) of Codie and Paige are equally wonderful, attentive and work as hard as possible to meet the customer demands. Food was good, atmosphere good service incredible.
Through work, I stayed at Kingswinford for 3 months. Rooms were great, I stayed in quite a few rooms. Staff were attentitive, friendly and on the ball !! It was almost home from home ! To the managers and staff, I would just like to say a huge thanks, over the last 3 months, been away from family ,having great service and good food, clean rooms, and a great atmosphere, made the stay very nice and welcoming. To the Staff, a massive thanks. I will be staying there again, when passing by. Many thanks !! Regatds !!
Now updating my review as receiving £100 fine for being a paying customer to the beefeater and being penalised for staying for 4 hours is ridiculous! Appeal notice also refused so won't be a customer ever again. Didn't stay at the premier Inn but my uncle does every time he visits from Cornwall, we always head in to the beefeater which is joined to the hotel and we always have a fantastic service with the staff going above and beyond.
The room was very clean and tidy, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was plentiful and delicious. Would come back again.
We usually stay in the Premier Inn at Stourbridge and thought we'd try this one as it was slightly cheaper. We weren't disappointed. Lovely hotel, super friendly and helpful team. Great breakfast buffet and cooked breakfast served at your table. We'll be staying there again next time we're visiting family
Twp night stop with wife & Mother-on-Law Thursday and Saturday nights. Staff extremely helpful and changed the Mother-in-Law's room for an enabled room. The room heating was great.
Good place , I need an accessible room cos I can't bend and breathing can be tricky . Lovely staff , good comfortable bed , a bath I can get into and the wi fi and the idiot box worked . Breakfast was good , taken careof by the beefeater next door , good and helpful staff . All good . Give it a try
Here for the week for work. fantastic service, nice warm welcome and friendly staff what more can you ask on top of the quality you expect from a budget hotel. So far not a bad word to say about it
