   Visited last Sunday with family, nice warm welcome from reception & waitress who got our drinks. Then we had another waitress, who we have had man times before, she is known for being quite sharp & very blunt ( looking at the receipt Hannah R) I could go into details, but it won't fit on this page....the rudeness shown to us all was unbelievable, I felt like a child in a classroom dating back 50 years ago...I can honestly say, I have never been treated so sharply. From my 86 year old mom, to my 4 year old granddaughter...we were all upset..we should have walked out...the service was dreadful & I took a picture of the food ( Yorkshire pudding had been plonked on top,so I moved it to the side) but nothing else had been touched... I sent this photo & a full report of the treatment we received to the manager, they already knew we were upset as we left....but after over a week I have received nothing back Needless to say, we shall NEVER return!

   Really great service and good portions of tasty pub food. My partner has some intolerances to gluten, milk and eggs and the team were really accommodating and the allergy menu was really helpful. Would definitely recommend if you need gluten free, dairy free or egg free meals. The vegan ice cream was amazing and better than the normal dairy one that I had.

   We love coming here for a breakfast. We used to have evening meals quite a quite but to be honest we tend not to venture out on evenings as much now due to our toddler. either way the kids eat free on breakfasts helps. the fresh cooked breakfasts are wonderful and I've not seen a better selection of continental/toasts/fruits etc

   My wife and I visited twice in the last month. The food on both occasions was absolutely 1st class. We were served by the same member of staff on both visits, and the service we received was excellent. Monday to Friday daytime special of 2 courses for £9.95 what's not to like. Probably the best pub food by a good way in Kingswinford.

   Hannah R (on receipt) the waitress was lovely today. Just finished my meal and very happy with the service provided. Constant refills of the drinks and very polite,professional and smiley. Food was also nice and tasty. Will visit again soon. Hopefully get served by Hannah again as she was a credit to this restaurant.

   So used this restaurant due to staying in hotel took the meal deal , very good value considering most items on the menu is included the service is a little slow had the mix grill slightly dry, I must say the restaurant was not that busy and it seemed that everyone was seated is the same section of restaurant and I think with Covid still a thing I would have like to have sat slightly more away from others as it was possible. Overall not a bad meal

   Excellent food. Starters was nicely prepared. I've ordered salmon and it was very delicious served. Our waitress Natasha was very helpful, friendly and efficient. They offered variety ot desserts and any of our choice was tasteful. I recommend this place.
