   Just eaten in this restaurant with my friend, it was bright clean and staff were very pleasant. Table was booked for 8pm and the restaurant only had 6 other people in. We had starters and mains but unfortunately the food was probably some of the worst I have tasted at am Indian restaurant. No taste what so ever in mine and my friends was like eating a bag of salt. None of the food we are was good and we left nearly all of the main dishes. ☹️

   Booked Rajput for my Not a stag do stag doo, table for 9. We had a good position in the restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious! All of enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The staff were fabulous seeing to all of our needs well done !

   This is a super little licenced restaurant that's deserving of the praise being heaped upon it. It has a very well presented dining area, albeit slightly dim lighting. We were attended to by efficient staff that know what they are doing. To keep this review unusually brief, the food and sides were to our tastes and neither the wife nor I could find fault with anything. What was surprising is that we had a great evening for a lot less than I was expecting. Two months later we returned, the experience and the food was even better than the first time. The sheekh kebab was one of the best in a very long time, the chicken in both our meals was excellent, even the skin on fries were a class above most. The service was spot on. I genuinely couldn't find room for improvement. Nearly 12 months on from my first review and and all is still very good. Prices have unsurprisingly gone up but perhaps a bit more than I would like. It was very busy although the service didn't suffer. There was also a party of 10 booked in which seemed to push everyone towards the back of the restaurant and was therefore it was a little 'cosy'. The sheekh kebab wasn't quite as good as the first time, not straight out of the tandoori but very few are. The salad wasn't to my liking, but overall not bad. The place is very popular so they are obviously pleasing most of the people most of the time.

   I was really looking forward to trying the food here because of all the great reviews but unfortunately our meal was a bit disappointing. Maybe it was because we went in late that the food wasn’t so good. Mind you, if you don’t want to serve late then perhaps just close the doors rather than drop the standard. The lamb dish was ok, interesting hint of smoke to it, but the chicken dish lacked any flavour albeit was reasonably spicy. Unnecessarily dyed bright red. I’ll give it another go but will book much earlier next time.

   We have had a meal at Rajput tonight with our two children. The meal was absolutely beautiful all the food was well cooked and very tasty. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We were offered complementary ice cream for the children and a shot for us. The staff were appreciative whenever we thanked them for the food and table service. It was a lovely evening and will definitely will be going there again. Thank you making out evening enjoyable and making a fuss off the children xx

   Tried this Indian for the first time last night. The food was exceptional. One of the best curry’s I’ve had for a very long time. The staff were so helpful and they could not do enough for you to make the experience as good as possible. Will be back again very soon!
