   Really good customer services the guys who work he are always friendly and chatty and as for the food it's amazing love there chicken gotta catch it before they run out as it's so tasty they sell out really quickly and such good value for money and as for the orange chips ain't tasted nothing like them before

   I rate the service for failed listening skills. I asked for extra sauces but the guy didn’t put extra sauce on I asked for specific salad and I find cucumbers which ruined my food! Also the portion sizes are different every time I ordered from here it’s rammed and they actually ram it with extra sauce and put the right salad I asked for! Such a disappointing experience when going in person instead of ordering. The food is so nice but obvs due to what I said with the cucumbers all I could taste was that. So £6 wasted down the drain. I am unsure if I got unlucky and got served by a tight staff. I will give it one more try in person if still same I guess I will stick to ordering online since the portions are there and they actually do what you ask for on the notes!

   Not bad food, but could be better. The chips were a bit on the greasy side and the sausage was absolutely disgusting. Service is nice, I'm told. But I had to wait outside, in the rain as there's no access for wheelchairs.

   Tried this place after looking at the reviews, as Nemos doesn’t do fried chicken anymore (apparently they can’t get the chicken portions…) strange excuse I know. But hey ho - Kents Tuck Inn is my new regular for chicken and chips :) A*

   This used be the place to go for a chip shop tea. Seriously gone down hill of recent. Last few experiences from here have not been anything to rave on about. Decided not use this again after a very disappointing chicken and mushroom pie and chips bought on 27.01.21. Pie was dry and over cooked and the chips tasted of old oil and also overcooked. Prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. It's a pity, this was my local chippy but not anymore. In response to your reply, I didn't come in, my friend did. Check your CCTV for around 6.30pm, he is wearing a grey woollen hat and ordered large chips, chicken and mushroom pie and steak and kidney pie, cost of £8. Not a false review.
