“After a fall on holiday we had to extend our time away! Melanie and the team were amazing they kept the cats for an extra 8 days even though they were at capacity. This cattery is the best without doubt and I highly recommend them THANK YOU GUYS the best ever after❤️❤️ xx”
“If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. Thank you for a great stay, Wilde Aparthotel Paddington!”
“Convenient location right next to Hendon tube station with free parking for guests. The room has everything that is needed and all details are very well thought, with extra toiletries. Tea and coffee making facilities available in the room, also hot chocolate!”
“I had the most amazing stay here for my birthday. The hotel was unique with stunning decor - highly unusual but brilliant. The hotel had made every effort to recognise the occasion - the room was aptly decorated with balloons and a handwritten message on the mirror. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice - a lovely buffet selection. My dietary needs were catered for (gluten/dairy free). The hotel is situated in Islington - a very short walk to the canal. A morning walk along the canal to Canary Wharf and back along the Thames Path was the best start to the day! There are some beautiful spots along the canal to stop for a coffee or bite to eat - these are within a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel - it made a really nice change to stay somewhere a little different/unique.”
“Had such a lovely stay here! The room was so cosy, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond, they even left champagne, beer, and a birthday card for my partner, which was such a thoughtful touch! The location is ideal too, just a short 5-minute walk to the tube, making it so easy to get around London. Would definitely stay here again!”
“I had an excellent experience at this restaurant in London. The food was outstanding, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. A special mention goes to Davide, who made the evening exceptional. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. His recommendations were spot on and he made us feel very well looked after. Highly recommended. I will definitely return.”
“This hotel is in East London, so if you're not well acquainted with London, you could still stay here if you're open to using London Underground for travel (which would almost always be faster than Uber. I only used Uber except for going back to LHR & it was a mistake not to use the Tube, in retrospect) to central London. Since there are political/activist rallies on many Saturdays, you may not want to stay in central London (or at least, not for all your nights in London). I've had bad experiences on two separate occasions (traffic may get re-routed & you may have to walk for miles & miles). You might not wanna make the mistake of arriving at the hotel in an Uber from LHR if you have few bags, because a direct Tube line to/from LHR is a couple of minutes away from the hotel (Google Maps shows a 4 minute walk, but it's actually even less!). The hotel is right next to Westfield, one of the largest urban malls in Europe. Last week, I was upgraded to a 1 BR suite owing to my Explorist status (technically, Explorists are not eligible for suite upgrades, but Hyatt House only has suites, so a studio -> 1 BR suite upgrades is possible for Explorists. YMMV). The hotel staff is quite helpful. Carlos from the front-desk called me when my suite became ready for check-in. My bags were secutely held & transferred to my suite when it became available. The decor of the suite was quite good. Breakfast spread was better than I had imagined. Vegan croissants were also available. The hotel's guest-operated laundry facility is also quite good. As of now, you need not hassle yourself with getting coins just for laundry, because it's free for guests. Definitely the best Hyatt House property I've ever stayed at.”
“I had a great stay at Adagio Sutton. Great hotel equipped with contemporary facilities. Rooms are very cleaned , good breakfast and beds are extra comfortable. Location wise Sutton train station is in a stone’s throw away distance. There’s a train goes to central London in every two minutes. There are a bunch of nice bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Above all hotel staffs are very friendly & professional. Their customers service are second to none. I recommend this hotel & I had already made a reservation for next summer.”
“Amazing Stay! Definitely will be back again! Stayed for my partners birthday and the service was great, we were given a special treat in the room and a birthday card! The Ops Manager, Tibo, was exceptional! The care and thought put into the service provided will not be forgotten. From calling me prior to confirm my partners likes and interests, to welcoming us with a warm smile and asking about our long journey from Manchester. As well as giving us complimentary drinks at the bar! It was a very special stay! Thank you to the entire team who were so delightful! (We stayed as Accor Staff, free bonus break)”
“Absolutely we are loved our time here! The apartment was cozy and well-designed, perfect for a short or long stay. Rooms are modern, quiet, and fully equipped, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. The service was professional and courteous throughout my visit. Highly recommended. Adi and Manisha”
“From your first step when you walk into the hotel up until you leave, you are treated like royalty by the stuff who can't do enough for you. The cleanliness all over is next level at this hotel. Breakfast serving is absolutely the best I've had at any hotel and they even have 24 hour coffee to enjoy the lovely lounge area. And then a selection of frozen foods and snacks for you to prepare and enjoy your kitchenette of your room. What a find. What a treat.”
“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed for a week and it was nice to come back "home" after a long day exploring London. The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were are all very friendly and helpful. The location was great, right next to the DLR which takes you right into the heart of London in just 15-20 minutes. The neighbourhood was lovely, colourful and vibrant. The coop grocery store next door is very convenient too. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!”
“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Shangri-La London. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Tyrone, the manager, who was incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail of our visit was perfect. His professionalism and kindness truly elevated our experience. He helped us with upgrading our room making our stay exceptional in Westminster suit. Our suite was stunning…spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean, with the most breathtaking views of London. Waking up above the city felt magical. The atmosphere, the comfort, and the attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend the Shangri-La London for anyone looking for a memorable and top-tier experience. We can’t wait to come back!”
“Excellent spacious clean accommodation. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment - perfect for our young family and was huge. Would also work well for groups of friends.”
“Location was amazing for us, the view couldn't be better(1 bedroom apartment for 4 people). Clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds all great. Would be nice to have some oil for cooking additionally to salt and paper, but not a problem to buy It was nice to have a washing machine, my preference though would be to replace it with a dishwasher (but there are so many food options around that we were eating somewhere else mostly)”
“The restaurant is excellent. From the moment we entered every one was truly helpful. We met Ana, Abdul and Aqib. Ana completely helped us with the booking and made sure we were all right. Both abdul and Aqib were very helpful. The breakfast experience was incroyable. It was great to start my day with speaking to Ecaterine she was very helpful and warm! The food is excellent and the place is love! ❤️ There's warmth and solace”
“This hotel is located near LHR and takes around 10min bus ride (£1.25). You can use google map to find the fastest bus that takes you there. It would be perfect if they offer hotel shuttle bus but all the hotels around LHR don't have their own shuttle. Room was very modern and clean, staffs were kind and welcoming. Hot drinks available anytime on the ground floor and they have complimentary washer and dryer as well (just had to buy the detergent pod). It is a great value and I would come back again!”
“We've only been here for breakfast two days and for coffee. The stuff is very nice and sweet. Food and drinks come fast and taste delicious. We can only recomand eating here!”
“Rooms are almost perfect except the size. Smaller but cleverly designed. There is no wardrobe that you can hang many clothes, either you keep them in the baggage or bring an iron. The location is great, very close to almost everything. People are friendly, they try to do their best to solve any need.”
“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”
“The London Spitalfields Hub is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for value and comfort. Everything was clean, quiet, and beautifully designed. The smart controls in the room made it extra convenient. Big thanks to Tanvir, Rahin, and Nicoleta for their exceptional service. They made me feel so welcome and ensured everything was perfect during my visit. Their hospitality truly stood out! Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting London.”
“The reception staff at the hotel, Clarence and Chloe were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed, offering helpful information and going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their friendly attitude, efficiency, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Excellent service!! They are a real asset to the hotel!”
“This was a great hotel! The location was really convenient for sightseeing and catching the train. Lots of decent restaurants nearby that I strongly suggest you check out instead of the restaurant across the street. A few convenience stores nearby too that came in handy. The rooms were clean and spacious, my only slight complaint are the faucets in the bathrooms. They made a huge mess everytime I washed my hands. But overall, awesome property and I highly recommend!”
“The hotel is in a quiet area with a mall with many stores. The rooms were very clean, the double bed/ the mattres is very comfy, not too soft or too hard. The bath is clean and beautiful. Also the apartment has a kitchen with all you need. The area is quiet. Also the rooms have conditioned air that work both for cold and warm. The breakfast was very good.”
“I stayed at this hotel for a total of seven days. First of all, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. When I first entered my room, it smelled spotlessly clean and refreshing, and they treated me with the same care throughout my seven-day stay. I'd also like to thank the heroic housekeepers, whose faces I never saw. The breakfasts were wonderful and delicious, and I'd like to thank all the kitchen staff. Finally, I really liked the hotel's location; it's just a short, pleasant walk from great places to shop or eat. My wife and I plan to stay at this hotel on our next visit to London. I'd like to thank the management team and all the friendly staff again.”
“The overall environment of the hotel is excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making the stay truly relaxing. Special thanks to Moin for his outstanding service!!! He has a great attitude, works very diligently, and is extremely nice and professional. He was very helpful throughout the stay and made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, this is a hotel highly worth recommending.”
“Exceptional Stay in the Heart of London★★★★★ I recently had the pleasure of staying at The pillar Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—right in the heart of London, making it easy to explore the city’s top attractions. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality options. The hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set it apart. I highly recommend The pillar hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay in London. I can’t wait to return!”
“We were really happy with our stay. Great location, quiet at night, clean facilities and helpful staff. Free luggage storage and free tea and coffee machine. Downsides were there aren't enough hooks for towels in the bathroom and the street just outside the hotel entrance has a few homeless tents”
“I rarely write reviews, but my visit to the Art Hotel in Battersea was so outstanding that I felt compelled to share my experience. The hotel's décor, amenities and atmosphere were truly impressive, but what truly made my visit exceptional was the staff's warmth, kindness, and courtesy. A special mention goes to Zach, whose professionalism, politeness and extraordinary helpfulness left a lasting impression. He's a valuable member of your team and I'm grateful for his exceptional service.”
“Location is super convenient. Jay was super helpful! He made our stay very welcoming. There is a supermarket and a Tesco near which makes it easy if you may want a late night snack or simply forgot to pack. The restaurants in the area are really nice. Mezimso food was amazing. This was an amazing place. Again Jay, shout out to you with your incredible service. Will come back !!”
