“I had a wonderful stay at the ibis Hotel Hounslow. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by two lovely reception staff members, Lynette and Noopur. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful — their kindness really made me feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. “Your man at the reception is absolutely nice, gentle and helpful. I had several inconveniences prior to my check in and because I couldn't communicate with the hotel on time to advise about my delay my reservation was cancelled. But your man managed to check me in and he also allowed me to stay an hour longer. My stay was a bit chaotic but the service I had from the hotel was absolutely fab. Really helpful receptionist, really nice with people and for the way I was treated I would certainly come back and I will certainly recommend to people I know. For a night stay it deffo did the job. Comfy bed, everything clean and good staff. I can only thank and share my appreciation.”

“It was so heartbreaking to meet back to an islamic school right at the opposite corner close by from this hotel, 9 years after and discover that it is no more an Arabic school instead the students and Muslim teachers had relocated to a different far place, 3 years after.”

“The staff were exceptional in helping me when I really needed it, and for that im truly thankful. The hotel has nice enough rooms for what you would expect at the price point including a fridge, cooking facilities, and a smart tv hooked up ready to go. The area is nice and the people seem friendly and helpful. There are lots of nice shops as well as the regulars aka Mac Donald’s costa etc.”

“A very neat and clean hotel located right at Terminal 4. A walkway from Depature floor of Heathrow Terminal 4 connects directly to the hotel. It's very well signposted. The rooms are great and the breakfast was fine. There was a small problem with the room initially alloted to me but Ms Priyanka at the reception was extremely prompt and dealt with it in an extremely professional manner by upgrading me to a room with runway view immediately. All in all a very good hotel.”

“Excellent IHG hotel - Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed, with a fridge, iron, tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. You couldn’t ask for more. - Good recognition for higher-tier IHG members; I was upgraded to a room on the Club floor. - The Club lounge evening happy hour is excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food, plus wine, beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is better in the restaurant the afternoon offering is disappointing. Mihaela who works in the lounge most evenings, is friendly and provides excellent service. - There’s a decent gym, plus a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. You can also eat at the other nearby hotels. - Hotel is connected directly to Terminal 4 via a covered walkaway. It’s a 5-10min walk. - Note that when prices are unreasonably high, the connecting Holiday Inn Express may be a more cost-effective option.”

“We visited Jack’s Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn specifically for the Christmas dinner and were absolutely delighted with our experience. We had a wonderful time! The menu was very diverse and, most importantly, delicious. The service was outstanding thanks to the staff. Special thanks to Mishel for the most delicious cocktails, and also to Satish, Sumit, Marian and Alona — an amazing team. At the end of our visit, we were given a voucher with a QR code for complimentary parking. Highly recommended!”

“Stayed for two nights, thanks to a layover coming home from Italy. Perfect location for short term London visits. Took the Elizabeth train to West End one night and caught a bus to Oxford the next day...both conveniently from Heathrow. Room was plenty big enough and comfortable. Staff friendly throughout the stay. On last morning, went from room through airport security in less than 30 minutes. Will gladly stay here again for one- or two-night visits.”

“A lovely place to stay, very calm environment lobby and dining area is very well looked after, the rooms are very well tended, staff and room staff are wonderful. Had a lovely vegan breakfast, but had to request the vegan meat substitute. The only minor issues are, a bit or rust and issues with the shower and no bin bags. Little one loved that it looks like a castle on one side.”

“Great location as we only needed 1 night for a flight the next day. The staff is fabulous and VERY attentive to our needs. We had breakfast in the "Market Garden".... Great English Breakfast Buffet. No complaints, ALL compliments to them.!!! Room was very comfy. The Hotel Hoppa was an easy option for transportation to/from LHR. We will GLADLY stay here again.”

“Just came here for a cuppa hot chocolate with my partner. Place is fantastic to chill or even for a quick date. So chill and relaxing. The only disadvantage of it is that a chocolate is £4 and if you want a flavour, it's an additional £2. For a small cup of hot chocolate £6 is too much compared to other big brand coffee stores, but the taste of chocolate was nice.”

“We arrived around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday August 21 and left Sunday morning (August 24) to attend the international convention of Jehovah's Witnesses at Twickenham Stadium. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and were immediately put at ease by the friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Bed linen and towels were clean every day of our 3-day stay. There was a fridge in our room, which was a thoughtful and unexpected additional facility which made our stay all the more manageable. TV and Wi-Fi were also available (although not widely necessary in the circumstances). Staff encouraged us to help ourselves to all of the available cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, etc. and were prepared to cook breakfast to enable a prompt start to your day. Our wedding anniversary was on the Friday and was enhanced in no small part by the kindness of all at the Heathrow Palace. Thank you guys!”
