   good service and friendly team! The rooms were good but there wasn't alot of freezer space and the fridge kept dripping with water. The location was brilliant, it wasn't a long walk to the centre and there is so many shops around, so it was handy! I enjoyed taking my child to the park which was 2minutes away and watching the planes go by.

   My council booked this hotel for me because a car run me ova on my leg I came here on Mon 14/7 I had no ID still they let me check in what a brilliant management+Staff+owner so clean service excellent helpful people free breakfast unlimited cafe/tea buses outside the hotel No 120/H20 very very very quite area every1 friendly Hounslow central 3 mins walk local pubs/parks nearby a lot asian cuisine restaurants nearby Heathrow airport near forget about 5/5 is trillion/trillion

   Stank of cigarettes and weed. Guests in hotel banging doors down, shouting and screaming in foreign languages. Didn’t even ask for ID any one and everyone can stay here. Be very careful and aware of your surroundings if staying in this hotel. They house very dangerous guests from what I can see. Be aware

   Whilst the rooms were small they were clean, the bathroom was recently upgraded. The only down side is the pillows as they only give you one and it's quite thin. The hotel is on the flight path to Heathrow so keep this in mind. 5 min walk from the nearest tube station.

   Would be lovely if there was small lift to carry your luggage rather than stairs. But very comfortable bed, nice new bathrooms, tea coffee in room, shower gel, shampoo provided. Amazing facilities. Preetam,Sana And another European girl (sorry don't know her name) at reception were very helpful and welcoming.

   It met the bare minimum of being a hotel, and is close to the train, but the walls are paper thin, the room is small, and the manager did nothing to quiet disruptive guests who let their kids run wild and slam doors until 11 pm.

   Decent hotel considering it’s a 2 star hotel and located in zone 4. Good water drainage, fair water pressure, clean room with comfy beds, basic amenities available, about 5mins walk from Hounslow Central tube station and just few stations away from Heathrow terminals.

   Hotel is situated in a nice location away from from the busy streets. Was great for the kids as they could see planes taking off from Heathrow Airport. The beds were OK , however the walls are thin and you can clearly here noises from the neighbours in the room next door
