   Lovely rooms with everything you could need for a little apartment. Ten minutes walk to Hampton court and situated on the edge of the grounds, which is unaccessible by the lion gate. Walk is lovely. Quiet and loved every minute. Highly recommend.

   We stayed in the Katherine of Aragon room. It was fantastic. The room was well equipped and VERY clean. We love the area. Easy walk to great restaurants and our favorite wine bar, Vineking. Short walk to a train station for easy access into central London. Would highly recommend. Oh one last thing, the new Lion Gate Cafe across the street is great for breakfast or lunch.

   Very clean, comfortable, modern, with great facilities and on-site parking. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Excellent location right next to Hampton Court Palace and Bushy Park. Highly recommend for a short or a long stay.

   Stayed here while visiting Hampton Court Palace. We had the Studio apartment (Ann Boleyn) and while it was exactly as small as you would expect from a studio apartment it was very nicely finished. Check in was contact less and the apartment was very clean and modern. There is residents parking which is free, that was very much appreciated in London. As soon as you step out of the door of the apartment you can see Bushy Park and are less than a 5 minute walk from Hampton Court entrance which was perfect for our needs. Bushy Park is a great walk and there is a large amount of wildlife to be seen. Nearby places for food that I tried include the Mute Swan and Henry's Cafe, both were fairly priced and great Quality. Would definitely come here again and recommended to anyone.

   During our relocation back to the UK, we stayed at Lion Gate Mews for 2 months. Was meant to just be for a month, but we ended up extending for an extra month due to some personal circumstances. I really can't remember how I stumbled on this gem of a serviced apartment, but we were looking for a self catering apartment where we could cook since we had to go into quarantine upon arrival. Upon arrival, Mark arranged everything we needed and upgraded our room to the next category as he knew we had to quarantine and the room we booked might have been small. Everything from service, to the cooking utensils, to the washing machine (downstairs) to all the gadgets was in perfect working condition. The rooms were very spacious with nice beddings and bath amenities. Cleaning was done once a week and oh my ..you can't go wrong with the location. The location of this place is Spot on.. Right by the the entrance of Bushy Park & Hampton Court Palace and 5 minute bus to Kingston High Street, you really cannot go wrong.. A BIG thanks to Mark and his team for making us feel at home during the last few weeks and we will be sure to refer all our friends who visit London looking for a perfect serviced apartment close to Hampton Court Palace.

   The apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed mattress was good but the divan base needed replacing as the sides of the bed sloped downwards. Great location next to Hampton Court Palace and in walking distance of the parks, cafes and pubs. It is just over a mile walk to Kingston Town Centre. Easy self check in and check out, and timings can be flexible if you call the owners. Free parking on site.
