   Room was absolutely filthy. Bathroom has clearly never seen bleach. Thick layer of dust on the bead head. Dead plants in the bedroom and living room. Front door didn’t lock. WIFI didn’t work. The place is a disgrace. Complained twice and the room still didn’t get cleaned.

   They'd probably get a lower score, but for the fact that I made a mistake on the booking and the management were helpful in extending. Apart from a good location, the infrastructure was poor. The back door lock didn't work, the sheets were not the cleanest, the bathroom cupboard was dangerous as you might pull it off the wall if you weren't careful, sofa was worn and the bed was so close to the wall it was difficult getting in and out

   Note that you check in at the Crowne Plaza for these apartments which is a 2 minute drive/5 minute walk away. You are also required to place a £200 deposit checking in. When checking in, we requested 2 sets of keys as we were 2 couples/4 adults. We were told this was impossible but after 15 minutes of debate a 2nd set was found. When arriving at the apartment the car park is tiny and the spaces are incredibly narrow. We had booked the duplex with 2 double beds but found we had been allocated a unit with only 1 double bed and 1 single. After much debate we were given alternative rooms in the Crowne Plaza (which is supposed to be temporarily closed as it's being used for council emergency housing). Not great but at least it was a solution which gave us 2 double beds. The couple checking in after us had exactly the same problem re number of double beds, so it seems that they make a habit of this.

   They have 2 bedroom apartment suites that has all the appliances. You have to check in at Crown Plaza Kingston and have your Uber drop your luggage off because they don't transport it back to the Hampton Suites because it's blocks away. If you need extra services you have to call them and pick it up yourself. Besides that very quiet and in a convenient location with parking in the back. We stayed with a family of 5 and it had Netflix and Prime Video for the kids with Wifi. No Pools or work out area.

   We stayed here for a couple of nights whilst in London for my son's wedding reception at the nearby Hampton Court Palace Golf Club. The rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. There are 50" TV's in both the living area and the master bedroom although the single bedroom lacks a TV. There is a hair dryer and an Iron and the kitchen is fully equipped. Al in all we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and I would thoroughly recommend these suites to others.

   Such a lovely apartment and stay! Staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful, I had the One Bedroom Apartment on the 1st floor, which was an amazing. The apartment was a good size, with a nice shower room and kitchen. Decoration is pleasant and the apartments are well appointed and functional. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were good. I would definitely stay here again!
