   The hotels staff were very amicable, the rooms were spotless and the gym and pool was of a high standard. Nearby transportation links and pubs/restaurants make it a very well located hotel.

   am extremely unhappy with the service I received during my visit yesterday at 2:10 pm. I ordered one fried rice, one Manchurian with gravy, and one butter roti. Despite there being only two occupied tables in the restaurant (one being mine), I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my food. After repeatedly asking about my order, I was finally served the Manchurian, which was dry. I was never informed that gravy would not be provided, even though I had clearly requested Manchurian with gravy. I then asked the waiter for the butter roti, but it arrived only after I had already finished almost half of the Manchurian. Even that took another 5 minutes. To make matters worse, the fried rice was served last, after all my sides were already finished, leaving me to eat it without any accompaniment. The entire meal was poorly timed and extremely frustrating. The most disappointing part was when I explained my experience to the staff member at the counter. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, he kept smiling and laughing as if I were joking. There was no apology or sense of responsibility shown. I paid £41 for this meal, which I feel was absolutely not worth the experience. When we choose to eat out instead of cooking at home, we expect decent service, professionalism, and basic manners. Unfortunately, this visit failed on all counts.

   Very good experience. Staff were exceptionally polite. Room was clean & looked after by staff also. Leisure facilities were very easy to access. Hotel was very good, location is ideal right near the Hounslow city centre (2min walk). In order to go central London Hounslow Central tube is a 3-4 minute walk which takes you into deep into London near Hyde Park, Edgware Road, Oxford Street. Definitely recommend

   Worst hotel I’ve been too. Hairs found in the sink. The carpet smelt in fact the whole room smelt walking in. Don’t even tell you when your check out time is they told us at 11am. Made us pay £20 for shitty parking. Didn’t even want to use the facilities. Elevator smelt aswell and so small hardly two people can fit in with suit cases. Weird noises could be heard at night. We could hear people speaking outside our door. Thin walls so everyone could heard what we’re saying vice versa. Do not recommend this hotel one bit

   Good budget hotel located in a very handy location for Twickenham and Heathrow airport. Rooms are basic but functional, bathrooms could do with some investment. Pool facilities surprisingly good as was the gym. No food available in the hotel but there is an Indian restaurant attached that was always busy and looked good for an evening meal.

   TERRIBLE SERVICE! I am so disappointed with The Continental Spa customer service. I bought 3 spa packages for a total of 5 people on the 24th of October. The packages included a two course meal in their restaurant, which added an additional £20/£30 to the price per person, totalling £110 extra for the food. Unfortunately, I received a call one day later stating that the restaurant was full on that day, so I requested a refund for the food element of the package, which they said they would grant for me. HOWEVER, when I contacted them one week later asking about my refund, they claimed that they had no idea about my request and wasn't aware of the restaurant being full on the day. I've yet to recieve a refund, and the general response and handling of my case has been slow and extremely frustrating. First, I was told that my refund would be processed, and when I followed up a day later, they said they were getting in touch with the venue, which implied that my case was still being investigated. I have asked for my case to be escalated to a higher management and am currently awaiting a response. This is so disappointing as the services and facilities were fine and my family was happy with the massage treatments (my own massage seemed a bit rushed, but overall, a good experience). However, after all the debacle regarding my refund, which should have been pretty straightforward, I will NEVER come again, nor recommend this Hotel to any friends or family. I would advise that you think twice before booking with this hotel.

   It's horrible, very poor service, rooms are dirty, the beds are disgusting, I booked it as it looked very comfy but when I attended its the worst ever hotels I have been too, we could not sleep at all. We ask to move to a better hotel room but they the hotel team was also very rude...

   I am not rating the stay, but we parked our car in their parking space and gave the amount they have asked. But then after few days, they sent a parking charge notice saying we stayed for few more minutes and charged £100. Before taking the car, we met them and had a goodbye conversation where they haven't mentioned anything about it. They are real cheaters and are concentrated on looting money from people.

   Went to visit someone staying at the hotel was told to sign a visitors form, was then told I couldn’t go in so I removed my details from the form the man then had a go at me (im a minor) and snatched the form from me and threatened to call the police and got in my face because I removed details they no longer needed or needed at all if I wasn’t allowed in!!! Horrible staff all of them were rude and shouting for no reason. I was basically kicked out! The place looked nice inside though I guess that’s the only good thing, I would of given no stars if I could.

   Stayed here for 7 nights and got to experience very friendly and irreproachable behavior from staff. Mr. Sheikh, a member of the hotel staff ensured all our queries were immediately dealt with and ensured we have a wonderful and most comfortable stay. We also got to enjoy facilities like a perfectly equipped gym and luxurious spa/pool. Overall, this is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone seeking to spend quality time in London.
