Very clean, well designed bedroom (including a rain shower!). Walls are a little thin (so is the duvet) but got off to sleep eventually. N.B. turn on the AC when you get in the room—they leave it off by default. Apron bar was excellent for hotel airport food. Their salads are substantial and tasty. If you’re arriving into Heathrow central bus station: go into the main central bus station building and take either lift to -1. Exit and turn right and you’ll see signs to Terminal 2 and the Hilton. Follow them (along the underground walkway and then up some escalators / lift to Level 1) and then walk through the car park to the Hilton entrance. Took less than 10minutes to get to the hotel.

Stayed for two nights, thanks to a layover coming home from Italy. Perfect location for short term London visits. Took the Elizabeth train to West End one night and caught a bus to Oxford the next day...both conveniently from Heathrow. Room was plenty big enough and comfortable. Staff friendly throughout the stay. On last morning, went from room through airport security in less than 30 minutes. Will gladly stay here again for one- or two-night visits.

The location is perfect if you’re flying out of T2, it’s a two minute walk although signage isn’t great. The rooms are clean and modern and we found the restaurant staff very friendly. However, beware there’s already a 12.5 percent service charge on the bill but there’s a tip request on the check too. Also, no water in the room unless you’re a silver Honours member or above. I think given the price of the rooms it would be nice to offer guests complimentary water.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow! Absolutely loved our experience here — everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with all the amenities you’d expect from a top-tier hotel. The location is perfect — just minutes away from Heathrow Airport, making it super convenient for early flights or layovers. Despite being so close to the airport, it’s surprisingly quiet inside, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options, and the restaurant service was efficient and warm. The hotel also has great facilities, including a nice bar area and reliable Wi-Fi. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and quality service — definitely a five-star experience and highly recommended for anyone traveling through Heathrow!

Honestly, this has to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — especially for an airport hotel! The service was absolutely amazing; every staff member I came across was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The food was also fantastic — great variety, beautifully presented, and genuinely tasty. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had, and the rooftop bar offers such a nice atmosphere with stunning runway views. The rooms were spotless, modern, and really comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design and cleanliness — and despite being right at the airport, it was perfectly quiet inside. Just a quick note for anyone booking: there are two Hilton Garden Inns around Heathrow, so make sure you go to the one at Terminal 2 & 3, not the other one! This one is directly connected to Terminal 2, which makes it super convenient if you have an early flight. Overall, everything from the service to the food and rooms exceeded my expectations. Would 100% stay here again — highly recommend!

Fantastic place to get some rest before an early flight. We booked a room with a runway view which was great for us and our toddler. We had a king size bed, a pull-out queen bed and a cot, and there was still a huge amount of space in the room. Parking isn't included in the hotel but can be paid for in the connecting car park. There is a drop off lane to drop the luggage off by car. We had drinks in the bar on level 14 - children are allowed in before 7pm. Great drinks but pricey. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food and service was really good. All of the staff we spoke to were very friendly and attentive. We'd definitely stay here again as it's so handy to just walk for a couple of minutes undercover to the airport terminal.

Arriving here is probably the worst experience of arriving at a hotel you'll ever have. Maybe ten people plus luggage trying to take a lift to the second floor for reception. Check in was efficient. Some people were given complimentary water, others had to pay. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and quiet. The Runway bar and main restaurant had good service, though food and drink were a little pricey but what can you expect for the Heathrow location. Both T2 and T3 are walking distance away, though T3 may be a challenge if you're less physically able.

Stayed here for one night on my way back to Florida after visiting friends and family in Cornwall. I actually found the entrance difficult to find , access seems to be from one of the car parks that service Terminal 2 and is via a raised enclosed walkway. Check in was easy and staff very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed and I could just about see the runways from my window although it's impossible to hear any aircraft, sound proofing is unbelievably good. I didn't use the restaurant but did visit the runway bar on the top floor. This place is great and I would highly recommend you pay it a visit. Very relaxing with fantastic views over the airport and across to the city. Food and drinks here were priced a little on the high side but what you expect from a hotel in this location. I did go outside on the terrace but didn't stay long because of the low temperatures and the smell of jet exhaust which is unavoidable considering the location. I didn't have breakfast here as I had use of a lounge before my flight but Check out was easy and again the staff were polite and helpful. I left feeling relaxed and ready for my flight and a ten minute walk found me in Terminal 3 and the Virgin Check in gates. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to terminals 2 and 3 and don't want to be rushed before your flight, would definitely use again.

Last minute booking here due to a train strike on the day we had to travel. We decided to book here the night before our flight, so we were within walking distance of the terminal. So glad we found this hotel; it was brilliant, and I will be returning. We found it well-marked from when we got off the Heathrow Express and followed the signs to the hotel. The walk is all under cover, which is very handy. Every staff member we dealt with at this hotel, from check-in to the restaurants and at check-out, were so friendly and cheerful. The room was quiet and dark when the curtains were drawn, with no outside noise. Large enough rooms, probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in, and the room was spotless with an adequately stocked tea and coffee station. We had room service for dinner, and the food was excellent. In the morning, we had the buffet breakfast, which had a fantastic selection. There is also a snack bar at reception if you need to get any extras. The Runway bar has amazing views and is well worth a visit. The staff here should be commended on their excellent customer service - nothing was too much trouble for them, and despite being busy they were all smiling and cheerful.

Wife and I stayed one night to be at Heathrow for next morning's flight. We were very pleased - yes, I'll say surprised - by the quality of our brief stay. Room was immaculate. Dining (1 evening and 1 breakfast) exceeded our expectations; good selection, well-prepared, tasty. There are two bars on site, each was well organized and very pleasant. The front desk person even gave us a pictorial step by step map, showing how we would walk next morning from hotel to Heathrow tube to Terminal 5. That was much appreciated. As someone who (before COVID) business traveled frequently, my experiences and thus expectations for airport hotels were quite low. This hotel FAR EXCEEDED those expectations! Keep up the fine work!
