   This hotel has transformed from a high class normal hotel to an immigrants camp. Hence hotel not operating as a hotel. Venues to the rear still open for hire, but not so bright anymore as used to be before the hotel transformed.

   The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life! Extremely inappropriate behavior, especially towards women — completely unacceptable. This place is absolutely unsafe and I would not recommend staying here even for one night. A truly terrible and disturbing experience Let me know if you'd like it to sound more formal, polite, or even harsher

   Great location - about the only good thing about it. The hotel is clearly being used to house asylum seekers and currently has no facilities as advertised It was so bad that we checked out as didn't feel safe at the hotel.

   Unfortunately the description is incorrect as it does not have until further notice a pool and other such facilities. I only gave 3 stars based on wrong and not updated description of the hotel. Having or not having a pool makes a big difference for most clients and certainly adds/reduces the price.

   Hotel did not meet our expectations. We were informed the pool and hot tub were not open before we arrived. Though, the room was disgusting. Windows were leaking, the bathroom was not clean, there was blood on the walls and the wall behind the toilet was rotting so every time the toilet was used it felt like it was going to fall off the wall. Did not feel comfortable at the hotel. Only stayed one night as we were traveling and didn't have time to plan otherwise. Staff were pleasant.

   A lovely venue in West London. Very spacious and open courtyard which is the reason why we choose this venue. Unfortunately, we had a very stressful experience with Amandeep. I do not recommend this venue as the customer service experience is shocking. Spending over £12k + for just an empty venue hire and to be spoken to so rudely… you would expect to receive some good customer service at least… Our wedding planning experience was very stressful as Amandeep spoke to us so rudely. The management team are nice during the initial booking period and once you’ve booked the service is completely different. If ask any relevant questions or any clarity regarding what’s included as part of venue hire, you will get messages like ‘contact your caterer- don’t message me’. It’s not supportive at all. Heston Hyde doesn’t work closely with caterers which is why a number of caterers are refusing to cater in this venue I recommend the management team to focus on training staff customer service skills. It’s a shame how poor the customer service is.

   This hotel is currently hosting a town council group. There is a mountain of rubbish bags with the “guests” laundry in the main lobby and extra security! Nothing is as described and the pool is not accessible. No restaurant on site. It is a very erie environment…shocking actually!

   The hotel rents a percentage of its rooms out to asylum seekers. This is a problem as I had my belongings stole from my gym locker which has never happened before. They are all young Middle Eastern men and they congregate outside trying to poach cigarettes of every person who walks past which is very unpleasant. Hotel should of warned me this before I booked a room.

   The restaurant and bar were closed, reception didn't not offer any assistance as to where food could be obtained locally. They still charge my employer full rate £139 for a bed !
