She kept me posted, sent regular pictures and videos and best of all, she even helped training her and improved her recall massively within such a short period of time! “We had the most incredible experience at Hounslow Urban Farm and I say that as a regular visitor. The staff are consistently friendly, calm and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care deeply about the animals and about giving children a proper, hands on experience rather than something rushed or staged. My son did the Ranger Experience for his birthday and he genuinely said it was the best day of his life. He fed the pigs, groomed a Shetland pony, fed and hugged the sheep and goats and was encouraged to get fully involved the whole time. The animals are clearly well loved and cared for and very friendly, which makes the experience feel safe, interactive and memorable rather than just observational. It feels personal, warm and thoughtfully run. As someone who visits regularly, I can honestly say the quality never drops. Highly recommend!”

“I had a wonderful stay at the ibis Hotel Hounslow. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by two lovely reception staff members, Lynette and Noopur. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful — their kindness really made me feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. “We are first time dog owners and quite nervous about getting it all right - we found Grant through a Google search and he’s been fantastic. Given us a lot of his time (without charge) getting to know our dog and inviting me on a walk with other dogs in his care. He’s now doing regular training sessions and has made a huge difference in our dog’s behaviour. Actively encourages regular updates and videos so he can fine tune what he’s taught us. An absolute gent too. Can’t recommend more highly!”

“My son had a great day out here, he loved the animals and they all looked well cared for. The play areas were all set out over the whole place was wasn't busy. Even during the summer holiday break. He loved climbing high. The water pillows were fun. Although a lot of adults used them as sun beds. The had a paint run and foam party event which was also enjoyed. My only gripe was that you had to book for under or over 5s yet over 5s were allowed in with there under 5 siblings. So it got a little busy and pushy towards the younger ones, as everyone wanted to get closer to where the foam was coming from. The inside soft play was huge and thoroughly enjoyed. Over all was a great day and would likely return.”

“I stayed here for a few days in May. The staff is lovely - very happy to assist with suggestions for nearby activities and food options. I had requested for a ground floor room due to luggage and they accommodated me. It’s within a short walking distance of the tube station and plenty of options to eat nearby. The room was comfortably sized and the only downside of the ground floor room was the noise from people checking in/out in the morning. I chose this place because of the convenient location and had no problem navigating with my luggage for my journey to Heathrow. I was able to keep my bags post checkout time as I had a late departure and everyone on the staff was super nice.”

“A beautiful GEM. From the beginning to the end. Easy to access shops, buses, and the owner was so accommodating. Felt as though I was home. All our needs were taken care of. Washer dryer, temperature controls we could handle . Beds were so soft and coffee and tea set up for us. Rockys food next door and the lovely cake shop was amazing. Stores were close. U will enjoy this Dream house. Thanks to the owner. We will visit again.”

“A very neat and clean hotel located right at Terminal 4. A walkway from Depature floor of Heathrow Terminal 4 connects directly to the hotel. It's very well signposted. The rooms are great and the breakfast was fine. There was a small problem with the room initially alloted to me but Ms Priyanka at the reception was extremely prompt and dealt with it in an extremely professional manner by upgrading me to a room with runway view immediately. All in all a very good hotel.”

“We visited Jack’s Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn specifically for the Christmas dinner and were absolutely delighted with our experience. We had a wonderful time! The menu was very diverse and, most importantly, delicious. The service was outstanding thanks to the staff. Special thanks to Mishel for the most delicious cocktails, and also to Satish, Sumit, Marian and Alona — an amazing team. At the end of our visit, we were given a voucher with a QR code for complimentary parking. Highly recommended!”

“Rooms is valued compared to the price Service needs to be improved. Specifically the check out. It’s 10:30. And if you want to add one hour you have to pay 10 Pounds. The location is pretty close to the station as well as the airport.”

“Just came here for a cuppa hot chocolate with my partner. Place is fantastic to chill or even for a quick date. So chill and relaxing. The only disadvantage of it is that a chocolate is £4 and if you want a flavour, it's an additional £2. For a small cup of hot chocolate £6 is too much compared to other big brand coffee stores, but the taste of chocolate was nice.”

“I popped into Boots on Hounslow High Street for a last‑minute travel‑size toiletries top‑up. The store was open early (around 8:30am) which was great for a weekday run. It’s easy enough to get around, and I found what I needed — shampoo, toothpaste and a small pack of pain‑killers. Staff at the counter were polite and efficient when I checked out. I also noticed they had a fair selection of beauty and skincare items, so it’s good for both essentials and little treats. On the downside, some of the shelves felt a bit sparse — a few items I wanted were out of stock. But overall it felt convenient, especially if you’re after quick everyday essentials.”

“This Boots drugstore is very small, but you can find everything you might need on a whim—toiletries, some medications, healthy snacks, and plenty of chilled drinks. The prices are better than any other store in the airport, so I would recommend buying things there! There are self-checkout counters where you can get assistance if needed. The employees are quick and friendly.”

“I stayed here whilst on business and although a bit further out of central London than I would normally prefer, it was such a great choice! From the start every member of staff went above and beyond and were always smiling, polite and so helpful.
