   I popped into Boots on Hounslow High Street for a last‑minute travel‑size toiletries top‑up. The store was open early (around 8:30am) which was great for a weekday run. It’s easy enough to get around, and I found what I needed — shampoo, toothpaste and a small pack of pain‑killers. Staff at the counter were polite and efficient when I checked out. I also noticed they had a fair selection of beauty and skincare items, so it’s good for both essentials and little treats. On the downside, some of the shelves felt a bit sparse — a few items I wanted were out of stock. But overall it felt convenient, especially if you’re after quick everyday essentials.

   They are severely understaffed - employ more human beings! There's never enough people to help you but there's 3/4 different areas at least needing to be covered by minimum 2 people. It's busy in there. Get the staff.

   I had a terrible experience at this Boots store. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Specially the short haired elderly lady needs to learn how to treat customers nicely. Boots management, you should train your staff properly as their bad attitude ruined my day. Poor service and unprofessional behaviour – I will not be returning to this store again.

   Kind reminder to the higher management if you still do care - I don’t think some of your stuff really wanna work here and they are really enjoy ruining the store image ,you better do something before no one wanna visit your store. You better do something with the stuff that are working here , worst service ever ! The security guard was so rude . You can’t just go and assumed someone is a thief , the way they are speaking and chasing the customer out of the store was very disrespectful. How could you treat your customer that way . I will never ever put my feet back to this store again and recommend others to better go to other store if you don’t want to feel disappointed or feel like you are a criminal .

   Terrible experience. Poor customer service. I went to the Hounslow Boots for an eye drop that other Boots branches have given me without any problems. Unfortunately, the pharmacist wasn’t available, and a short South Asian woman on staff went to speak to him on my behalf. Without even seeing or speaking to me, he refused to provide the eye drop. I found this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The customer service at this branch is consistently rude and dismissive. It’s a shame this is my closest Boots, as I would much rather go elsewhere. Extremely disappointing experience.

   Immensely grateful to Haider for coming in specially on a Sunday after a different branch cancelled vaccination consultancy twice and we were in a panic to fit our jabs in in time for our honeymoon. He was incredibly kind and informative, answering all our questions and was very patient as we deliberated over the yellow fever vaccine in particular. Left feeling safe, happy and ready to travel! Huge thanks!

   The pharmacy closes an hour before the store!!! Why? Boots is a pharmacy! Therefore should remain the same hours as the store! Asda, is not a pharmacy, and therefore one can totally understand why the pharmacy within, can regulate there own hours. The pharmacy staff are polite, but the organisation with its multi layered systems and processes that have been put in place are unnecessary and excessively complicated. They could not be any slower. In fact, it's almost going backwards, if not comatose! Boots the Chemists was once a very strong business! The standards high, Good quality products on the retail side of the business, and cleanliness throughout the store. Retail managers took care of that. Pharmacy managers and Pharmacist took care of there side of the business. So, even if things were a little bit more expensive, we were quite happy to pay that little extra, simply because it felt more prestigious. With plenty of tills and staff available. Staff looked pristine and actually made an effort, as opposed to today, 'just got out of bed look'! Here we are today, approaching 2023 with an establishment that was once held in high regard, now just resembles a pound store with a third-world pharmacy!

   Customer service is 10/10. My greatest heartiest thanks to very helpful, kind, lovely store assistants Samina B and Doreen. Their wisdom, friendly manners, patient and ready-to-help manners always make my experience shopping at boots in Hounslow High Street every time very pleasant. They will no doubt go far in their profession as they have what it takes to succeed.

   A heartiest thanks and a thumbs up to the very helpful , lovely store assistant Waresha at Boots, Hounslow branch. Her wisdom in the vitamins I was looking for made it easier for me to chose the best for my mum. Also, her friendly manner and ready to help manner made my mission to find the best vits for my mum easier and very pleasant . She loves her job and is indeed a great asset to Boots.    Good shop with plenty of good quality products, I went to the shop and was looking for something and couldn't find it, went all the way down (near end of the store) and saw someone who were looking like a member of staff and asked him where can I find eg (Sea Salt Spray...) and he said I don't know, you're in the wrong section, this is pharmacy section, I said I know I just asked you because you're the only one I see on the floor ( others were all at till area dealing with the other shppers)and thought you'll help me as you work here and as a customer I was expecting to see a smile no matter where i was and who I asked for help, however I go to this shop whenever I need something, the shop is located in High Street and it's accessible for everyone
