Hardware store in Hounslow

“Great service every time. Millie has always been excellent.”

“I visited Howdens recently to order a replacement kitchen door and was very impressed. The staff member Jayraj was especially helpful, walking me through sizes and styles until I found exactly what I wanted. The showroom is well laid-out, clean, and you can really see samples to judge quality. I found the pricing fair compared to similar places. Only downside was a small wait for the order to arrive, but all in all quite satisfied. Would use them again when I remodel other parts of my home.”

“We when yesterday there we god kattel exlent servive staff very frandley”

“Andrew was very helpful today, he is very knowledgeable. I just said the product I wanted and he knew exactly what I meant. If I could give more then 5 starts I would.”

“I must admit I wasn't going to post anything but it came up on my time line that someone posted a review recently which doesn't reflect correctly on what happened to the lovely Kayleigh and her manager instore. I visited Heathrow and had a very positive experience. The staff, including Kayleigh and her deputy manager, were professional and courteous throughout the visit. There was a misunderstanding with the review below regarding price but they handled it well and with clarity. Contrary to the claim I witnessed the incident where the below person was rude, aggressive and dang right abusive to the staff even pointing his phone in there faces! In what society is this acceptable, you I think need to review your own behaviours and ask yourself "had I of approached this differently would I of gotten a different result" If you want help on a misunderstanding the be polite there is so much more going on in the world like war then to be speaking to people like that over a price you should be ashamed of yourself. Screwfix - if you want to contact me about the incident for witness details please reach out to me”

“I like this place. They have a lot of cheap items with a very reasonable quality. Recently I found that they sell everything you need to make your own beer. :D”
