   I went today around 11:30am (12.08.2025) the duty manager how was meet me and he not at all helpful or welcome the customer he is trying to fighting even though there is nothing matter for serious. He said I mock at he and I said how I mock at you? He said I told him 365 days in a year and I laugh..! Than I told him "you said the drill I bought 2 years ago we can send for repair because it's 2 years" I told him it's not 2 years and this drill have "3 Guarantee" and he said this drill bought 570 ago and I said I thought 365 days in a year so 2 years 730 days right not 570 days his calculated. And again he said I didn't mock him 2nd time and if you need help for this drill you should speak apologize, I said I didn't see here I speak to you unapologize and if still you feel that way I am sorry for that.. he said no sorry and while he speaking to me he do something to my account and I came to know that he put the note in my account if I go anywhere branch they should take for repair not replace or exchange. I speak to the online customer service and they said they will take the action on the matter. I do remember his name but, I am avoid to mention that here, I feel he already has problems with him and show to customer.. I don't think so that is right.. but it's spoiled the company name.

   I must admit I wasn't going to post anything but it came up on my time line that someone posted a review recently which doesn't reflect correctly on what happened to the lovely Kayleigh and her manager instore. I visited Heathrow and had a very positive experience. The staff, including Kayleigh and her deputy manager, were professional and courteous throughout the visit. There was a misunderstanding with the review below regarding price but they handled it well and with clarity. Contrary to the claim I witnessed the incident where the below person was rude, aggressive and dang right abusive to the staff even pointing his phone in there faces! In what society is this acceptable, you I think need to review your own behaviours and ask yourself "had I of approached this differently would I of gotten a different result" If you want help on a misunderstanding the be polite there is so much more going on in the world like war then to be speaking to people like that over a price you should be ashamed of yourself.    Turn up at 7.40 asking if the can price match with Toolstation which they do and answer i get from the manager oh sorry we cant at this time as we have to check stick and within distance radius in which i had all the stock info in my hand and he says oh we have to do various checks i came here as Toolstation route was traffic jam and i get told your better off going to Toolstation absolutely worse experience ever the hayes store did a instant price check and matched it all was in mind xlosing and going home was one big item with card paymeng easy to find and easy for your end of day banking so for me its a avoid for Heathrow

   Got everything needed helpful staff. Seemed to have most items in stock. Didn't have to wait long for order. It came out almost str8 away. Quick clean friendly service. didn't catch staff members name not only was he helpful more importantly he was happy to help. That's 5 star quality

   Friendly people - for first visit entering the industrial estate with the security guard seems hard - but it’s not - store is never too busy - I always do click and collect so am in and out in 2 minutes Friendly helpful staff
