   Walked in with a smile and said good morning. Male staff member with glasses on and scarf pulled up to his eyes didn't even reply. I provided the number for the item I wanted. Again not even an acknowledgement. I asked about expiry date as it was silicone.. he replied, do you want it or not? Customer and other staff don't need to put up with poor service like this. He needs to be trained or go and find a more appropriate job for himself maybe where you don't need to speak with other people. Usually your staff are excellent, what happened?? This guy is lost!

   Worst customer service I have ever seen. Rather than helping me they asked me to leave before 5mins of store closure..I will never see this people again... Don't go to this place

   I had to go back to toolstation to exchange 2 extractor fans as i bought wrong sizes. Their was a female staff member on the till. She was very rude, said the f word as she walked away. This happened just because I asked for advice from the chap that was on the other till. He’s very polite & helpful & i dealt with him last time, hence i asked him. But this women went on one, she said we all have knowledge about the products we stock. She then said that i was sexist and I didn’t ask her because she was a woman which was not the case. Very rude & then didn’t want to serve me. This happened today 11th October in the afternoon.

   Only reviewing after comparing to the store in Middleton, Manchester. Unlike them, the staff here can be dismissive and rude. They do say people up north are friendlier.

   rude staff, I just asked them for a packet of screws and one of their employee acted like I'm a beggar asking for some pennies there. Although I'm paying for their service, I was expecting some decency, this kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable.
