It is a good store shop in. Unfortunately I finde staff un helpful some staff talk to there colleagues or talk on the phone. Is okay to talk but when customer need help please be helpfull. I am one of the oldest customer who love to shop at wilko but West Ealing Branch can let you down at times.
One of the best shop, you can buy all the essentials and much more. Always affordable prices.
The place is accessible, as it is located just a few steps away from the bus stop. Inside the store, it is well lit, spacious, clean and orderly. The items are just at reasonable prices, so it is budget friendly, and the quality is good.
Have shopped here since many years ago. Wide selection of products and nice and helpful staff. Prices are very good. Some are lower than other places where the same products are sold. Need to check online before visiting in case the products that you want are not in stock.
This is a really small Wilko. It almost makes its existence pointless. An off license shop would be more convenient here as they seem to be selling mostly what an off license would sell.
Sometime the staff could be more helpful but I think that life without Wilko would be a tragedy. When (now) they have stock, they are good value for money and with large choice of products.
A good sized and well stocked Wilko with all the goods you associate with this company at very good prices.
Good gardening range , pet section. Got some really nice greeting cards for around the £1 mark. Cashier was friendly and helpful as always. I got some stationery for my son as it is always the best value for money. I love visiting this store.
Wilko was very inviting with all festive products and goods well displayed. But most impressive is the service...helpful and courteous. When I was struggling with a large container they offered to dispatch it to back of shop where I could drive (off-road) to collect. This is an amazing service ..to be aware of..at this time of year. But the staff are equally impressive...smiling and nothing is too much trouble. Great shop experience!
