   I went in to buy some screws and plugs for concrete, they tried to recommend cavity wall screws. This is after I have been coughed and sneezed all over- dreadful experience, unfriendly and unknowledgeable, walked out. They said ask a builder they know what to use- he didn’t have a clue.

   I walked two miles to this store to buy some screws, because I like to support small businesses. After selecting two packets of screws, he told me they only accepted cash, even though he had a card-reader in front of him, and I’d paid by card for an item the previous week. Complete waste of a trip.

   Not open when they said they would be. Unhelpful and indifferent - especially when I said that I was paying by card. B&Q are just up the road. If you want us to support local businesses - you need to try harder.

   Great place to go to when in Hampton Hill. It's like an Alladin's Cave. It sells an enormous range of things, from bakeware and gardening stuff. It has a full range of HG cleaning fluids.
