   The place is very nice.It has all the tools you could ask for and the owner is getting old but can still put a smile on his face for his customers and the other worker is very helpful and runs the shop very well.Even though they don't accept card at least I can use spare cash I got like the old times!This place is really useful to me I recommend going!

   Whenever I pop the staff (I think maybe the owner) are always so accommodating and helpful in offering advice and guidance. Popped in today as my drill bit had become stuck and the owner told me to leave my drill and he would sort. Just such kindness. A gem of a DIY shop and very reasonable priced.

   Attempted to pickup a coax coupler at 09:45 on Monday and found a sign the store is open 10-4pm even though Google hours show 9-5pm. The owner walked up as I was looking through the window. He sent me away saying he had too much to do. When I showed him the times on Google he just said pre-covid. I tried to help him by suggesting he update his hours on Google, but he didn’t seem at all interested.

   Fantastic store and you can get many things, such as specific screws, exact fittings etc. that you won't get anywhere else. Plus excellent advice. C'mon please continue to support this local store, folks, because Homebase, Wickes, B&Q, Toolstation, Screwfix etc don't have what this store has: great support and just the right items you need and generally cheaper prices than the big chains.
