I left my purchase behind in store and did not take a receipt. Management were so helpful in finding my purchases on the computer and giving me a replacement. Helpful on the phone and in store.

I love Wilko...but this shop in putney is never stocked up always looking sooo empty are they closing down?
Knocking off a star as a lot of stuff was out of stock. But a great store nonetheless. Cheaper goods than your standard supermarkets, great for cleaning products, toiletries etc.
Good shop. We can find lots of items which the price are correct for a single person or more (like family, couple or friends). Good for who's like to decorate and want to change the items in they're house.
During the lockdown less busy and still easily accessible. No queues during the week or weekend. Good selection of products bit bare in mind it's not a two floor store. Household essentials for affordable prices. Parking on the shopping centre available. It's definitely a good choice for cleaning products, soaps, sprays, scented candles and even some decor stuff.
Shop is well stocked with great products and prices. Staff are a bit clueless most of the time and talk to each other more than serving customers. Twice I've had to wait for staff to finish having a chat at the tills before being served. Not professional at all.
