   **Customer service non existent.** Brought some handles online from these guys. On the surface everything was perfect. I have not even picked these up they are still in store ready for collection. My customer changed thier mind, so was told on the phone to email for a refund which I did. 2 weeks later. 11 phone calls (straight to voicemail) 3 messages left for a call back, and 2 emails later absolutely no reply. They have my money, my product and I'm being completely ignored. Worst experience and customer service ever!! Stay away!

   Nice to have this shop in the neighbourhood. I would look, don’t buy. The service is poor and return policy is strict. I had 14 UNOPENED and FULLY PACKED items and one opened after buying a lot from this shop and there was no return available. Be very careful with what is offered as they act as experts but don’t have the context of your specific project. These items did not fit where required.

   Customer service is one of the worst I have experienced since I moved to UK on 2015, the advisor asked me to feel free not to come back again after she over charged me “by mistake”. Although I have purchased from the place before and I need to get similar handles to match the other drawers, but will follow the advice and gladly take the loss. Shop location is convenient, for me I would rather to drive a full hour and get fair customer service.

   AVOID BUYING IN THE SHOP. Huge price premium on items bought in the shop rather than from the website - one of my items was 57% more expensive in the shop. Unless you need some advice from staff in the shop, which is how they justify this dual price system, just shop online.

   I bought 4 handles. Went home and realised they don’t look right for the chest of drawers (too small). My husband brought them back 15 minutes later to be told the items were not refundable as they were the end of the line - something she never mentioned. She told him it is written on the receipt - the receipt which she folded in half and handed to me when I paid. How was I to know that they weren’t refundable if she didn’t tell me?

   Customer service not a strong point of the showroom manager. . Placed an order in writing by email and she refused to acknowledge that she had made a mistake and not seen it . I think her words were “ I am not doing this” and chose to be silent on the phone when I wanted to discuss with her if she had even seen my email. Not really very helpful. I received a phone call from the shop owner a few hours after posting this review. ( a slightly different worded version) She was polite and helpful and offered to get my order in a couple of days rather than the 10 day wait previously quote. I declined her kind offer as have made alternative arrangements now. She asked me to temper my review and I have done. Such a shame not to have had a better experience earlier. Could have been a very different outcome.
