   Mediocre quality kitchen (one cupboard has become damaged after 2.5 years & the 5 year warrantee can’t be honoured because the units have been discontinued) We also got a bit unlucky with the kitchen designer (he was leaving) who mis-measured our kitchen & missed some essential bits. Whilst the depot were accommodating & gave us the missing pieces, because of the mis-measurement and damaged door we've been left with a substandard kitchen

   I am very happy with the customer service at Howdens-Acton. They were all very efficient and helpful at every stage of the process. I was mainly in touch with Erica, and she was extremely helpful throughout the stages. She was also particularly helpful in the measurements of the kitchen when I had no support from the builders in considering spaces and dimensions. Thank you! I really recommend this branch of Howdens.

   I came here for the first time today, as I don’t live on this side of London, but was working locally. The branch seems pretty new, and it was very tidy and kept clean. I ordered a big kitchen, to which they had about 95% of it in stock. The other 5% was being picked up by their driver from a different store. I had to drop the kitchen off at the job and come back to the worktops. Carl was amazing, making life easy for us and checking everything off properly so we didn’t have to do the checking (don’t get that from many stores). He also kept us informed how far away their driver is from returning to the branch with my goods. It took a while, because there was a lot of traffic on the A40. But I was kept well informed through-out the process so it I knew exactly how long it would take for me to receive them. Thanks Carl, for the great customer service!

   Rudest staff ever. The woman at the reception was truly awful. I wouldn't go any where near this shop. I found what I wanted from an independent and customer-service friendly shop.

   I'm really shocked from the attuite of the manager ,I asked to book an appointment for a consultation and I was told that I'm welcome to come but the manager is snot sure if he can help me .very weird and unprofessional . will never recommend them to my clients

   We have put in multiple kitchens in our lifetime and have NEVER had such a poor experience in terms of either the designer or the installer but it is a complete rubbish job. The oven was installed off-centre of the extractor fan, the white cabinet boxes show behind the misaligned cabinetry, the washing machine panel does not fit and has broken off, the sink is positioned over a small cabinet, when I had asked for a large sink, the original extractor fan worked perfectly and did not need to be replaced (but was taken down and a new fan was spec'd and purchased needlessly). The appliances are all at different heights and depths. It is honest a dog's breakfast and we can send picture to show all if needed. The company which installed was called Top Coat Decorators (TCD Group) - Albert and Joel. We have so many other issues to fix in conjunction with work they have done but at minimum Howden's should be aware of this poor workmanship.

   My partner and I recently moved into a new flat and discovered that our Lamona oven bulb glass cover was broken. I called up Howdens Acton, who informed me that the oven model is no longer in production. Despite this, they still managed to track the glass cover down, ordered it in, and gave it to us free of charge. Their communication was excellent throughout, and the Acton staff were very helpful and friendly to deal with. This was exceptional service, and we will definitely go back to them in the future.

   Zara (and the rest of the team) are ABSOLUTELY amazing. I love my kitchen and the design. Customer service has been amazing from start to finish. I cannot recommend this branch of Howdens enough. They are all so helpful, so friendly and super professional.
