“Only went in to compare to AO as I saw Appliance point had opened up on the high street. Ended up getting superior washing machine and dryer (including installation) for less after discussing with the gents at the shop what I am after. The service was top notch during the buying process but what was really impressive was the exceptional aftercare. One of the machines had a slight issue with the display (as sometimes can happen), I reported it to Appliance Point who said they will take care of it. Within no time at all they rang to say an engineer from the manufacturer is on the way to repair the fault. After that I received check in calls to make sure all was ok and if there was anything else that they can do which was a really nice touch. 100% recommend!”

“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. “What a find. This Company is a gem, did not disappoint, our Neff oven stopped working. It was a Saturday and we didn’t expect any response when we called. To our surprise we had a call out within a couple of hours. Engineer called Daniel came and accessed the problem, he was extremely professional and once he found the fault, he explained everything and a part had to be ordered. Communication was great, we had a call telling us when they were coming back, it was a couple of days as the weekend was in between. Daniel came back to finish the repair. Such a relief to find this company and so refreshing to have some faith and confidence restored when using a company for the first time, you never really know who or what you’re going to get! But, they tick every box, I hope they stay in business for ever!!! Once again, a huge thank you to the engineer Daniel. Price for first visit was £85.00, call-out, but no added extra call out charge for the return which was to install the part, in all the cost was extremely reasonable.”
