Sent me to customer care because she'd need to type the code in for my timber, rather than turning the wood over where the barcode was. Conversely, customer services were great. I needed for of something to qualify for discount, but they only had three in stock. She organised it so I didn't lose out and was really good about it.”

“Visited Sachin soon after the second lockdown after being totally ignore by local Euronics to find the service exceptional. Needed an integrated fridge freezer which I was told is in stock and was delivered and very professionally installed by his staff. Last week I had the same experience. Ordered a washing machine which amazingly Sachin came to delivery and install himself with a couple of men as his regular delivery men were unavailable. That’s true commitment which is rare today.
