Fast and professional! Highly reccomend! I had a new integrated dishwasher installed today. The engineer explained how to use and maintain my dishwasher. He cleaned up afterwards and was done a lot faster than expected. Very knowledgeable engineer, pleasant and helpful! Will definately be reccomending to those around me.

I've been using Domestic Services for many years now in my capacity as a private managing agent & it is just so reassuring to know they are there whenever there is an appliance breakdown I have to deal with they can usually come the next day, they are very professional & always prompt, friendly, efficient just all round brilliant & I totally trust them & simply couldn't do without them. Just had Dan come and fix my washer dryer. Super friendly and professional, fixed my issue with no problem. Also mentioned possible outcomes incase there was any further issues down the line due to my machine being older and how they could help with resolving them. Phoned up yesterday and was booked in next day with the job being sorted within an hour! Definitely recommend and will be using domestic repairs again!

I had ordered a new American style fridge freezer from a large company and paid for delivery and installation but the 3rd party company who delivered refused to unpackage the item to allow it to fit through the doors. They claimed my doors were too narrow and left it as a doorstep delivery. In a panic I called lots of different companies who were unable to help on the same day. I finally spoke to Phil past 5pm and he sent two men (Brandon & Thomas) straight away who unpackaged the fridge freezer, removed the doors to allow entry into my kitchen and then reassembled and installed it. It took longer than anticipated but Phil kept to his original quote and did not charge any more. Brandon stayed until approx 7pm (way past when his shift ended) to ensure everything was correctly installed and to our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble and I am hugely appreciative that Domestic Repairs came to my rescue so swiftly. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in future!
My fridge freezer stopped working. Domestic Repairs Ltd initially charged £80 call out and told me it should now work. It didn't! They then told me I needed a new thermostat module at a further cost of £180. I paid up, but the fridge freezer is still not working at all. On their last visit they simply advised me to buy a new fridge freezer. They refuse to issue any refund at all. UPDATE: After placing this review I was contacted by the company and they apologised for having previously refused to give a refund for the part and assured me this was not normal practice. A refund has now been given and I have amended the star rating on this review.
We rent a property in London, unfortunately the oven had broken just before the weekend. We called domestic repairs they came out same day as they had a cancellation had the parts to effect the repair great service and we now have happy tenants again. Will Definitely use them again. There was a fault with our draining system and although it took multiple visits to fix and diagnose the fault the initial work was guaranteed so we didn't need to pay multiple sums. Excellent service and value for money considering cheaper engineers may have cost us more in the long run. I highly recommend them.
