   I can't rate BL Vision highly enough ..needed a new fridge freezer ..no hard sell just listened to what I needed and arranged delivery the very next day...the guys delivered at the promised time installed the new fridge freezer and toom my old one away . Why go to all the hassle of queuing at a mega store with a all day delivery window when you can support a lovely knowledgeable local store . I will definitely be using again for any electrical goods . Thank you BL Vision

   We recently moved to the area and 'needed' a washing machine and 2 fridge-freezers. We visited the shop and the quality of advice we got was first-class, nothing was too much trouble - much like John Lewis USED to be! When you include delivery, door reversal etc. the cost was more than comparable to the big white goods web sites that begin with 'A'. When it came to delivery and installation, the experience was, again, efficient, helpful and polite. Having bought so much stuff over the internet in recent years I have to say that it's brilliant that shops like this are still around. I would definitely use them again and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone that is local and in the market for electricals / white goods.

   Highly recommend. Have used them for a tumble dryer delivered to first floor (no problem!), and integrated fridge freezer that due to a wonky cabinet was difficult to fit however they sorted it. A reliable local business who well deserve their 5* reputation.

   Thank you so much for all your help and advice. I had a question about my washing machine and after chatting through the issue with Richard. I was given a contact number for a chap called Phil, who might be able to fix or advise. I immediately phoned Phil and as I had thought the machine was a fire risk. Rang B L Vision back and spoke to Richard, who was very helpful. Brought a new machine and the guys delivered and fitted it the next day. Thank you so much.

   I needed a drainage pipe replacement for my dishwasher and the guys there let me have an old one off of an old machine...offered lots of advice and a screwdriver to boot! Thanks a lot guys, it works great btw Totally not their remit so it was going over and above to help a customer who didn't even end up buying anything. And just to add to the praise my old Bloomberg washing maching I got from you guys ages ago is battling on like a dream. Keep up the good work.
